I dont live here, so needed just something to get me home to my tire shop. The girl measured my tires then had to ask a guy what it meant. They then proceeded to tell me I have "shitty WalMart tires" and they wont fix them. They are NOT "shitty WalMart tires" and I did not appreciate them telling me that. Especially one of them being the manager. I only went to them because someone said they were good. I drove across town to our trusted Cooper Tires, and got fixed quickly and most importantly- with great service. I lived here for years, RNR...I dont see a good future for you here.

Im not sure if it's because I'm young or what but went…read moreto get my oil changed and he let me buy the wrong oil (later found out a c4 91 corvette does not need full synthetic) because full sythetic is obviously more exspensive but thats more of my fault for not knowing and his fault for not telling me, but that's not the worst part, as I'm sitting there after he told me I'd be paying a little under 100$ for my oil change he's openly giving customers after me 5$ bucks off 10$ off because of price changes and he said he was trying it make it a little "easier" for them to get used to the switch...yeahh didn't do that for me. after i pay the highway robbery of my oil change, I go to get into my car and start it and put it in reverse, I hear a terrible noise and realize my car is literally on the fucking sidewalk and I had to scrape it off to drive out of the parking lot. I got out of my car to check the damage and i find out my under carriage is scraped to hell and my A/C housing is bent asf. Solid worst experience ever and I USED to get my oil changed pretty often at this establishment but I can guarantee I'll never be going to meineke again.

It was Monday before Thanksgiving. I call Doug Reh Chevrolet and talked to Leonard, the service manager, and he said bring it in and we'll see what is wrong. Unfortunately for me it was major engine damage, specifically, a broken lifter. Fortunately for me Leonard got right on the problem so I could be home for Thanksgiving. I could not believe it when my car was fixed by Tuesday afternoon! I was home Wednesday afternoon and had Thanksgiving with my family.
