We called her in the morning to see if they had the tires we needed after being denied by other Walmarts (in Hays) and on a Sunday when all other tire stores were closed. They had the tires we needed ALL 5!!! They were kind enough to help us put them on the rims and back on the tailer. She truly was our tire angel, and saved our entire road trip!!!

Service…read moremanager, Mike, comes to me when almost done and says they are finishing up and just need to top off the DEF. Because of Chevy's issues with DEF levels and pulling a trailer I tell him not to do that. It's just something I take care of myself because of a design issue out of Chevrolet. Anyway, Mike said they changed the air filter as well because it was dirty. I wish they hadn't done that without checking with me first. I only asked for an oil change and tire rotation but walked out with a $250 dollar bill. I realized after I left and was twenty miles down the road that they charged me an extra $20 for the DEF fill that I did not ask for and stopped them from doing. Coincidentally, I met up with some family friends a few days later and told them I had been in Hoisington where they live. I mention the extra charges at Ehler's and they said that is very common with that place. Will not go back there!!!!
