We were traveling through Pratt Kansas on our way to a car show in Springfield Il towing one of our…read moreclassic cars. The overhead light that holds the two interior lights had come loose and was hanging down. We had just drove by Doug Reh Chevrolet so we turned around and pulled in. I went in and met the parts manager Bob Gwin. He was so helpful, he looked up the unit and found what screw was needed however they did not have it in stock. Bob went in the back, handed me a suitcase full of different types of screws and a screwdriver, said go and try any of these. The screw was actually recessed in the housing, it had not fallen out just came loose, I used the screwdriver and the units been fine since. We own a company and have employees, Bob represents the kind of employee that engenders confidence with customers that after the sale, the attention to service will be there. Bob, thanks again!!!!

Heath told me all about the car, and even identified a small dent to be fixed prior to shipping - something I could not see over video and wouldn't have known about prior to purchase from another state. Kendra in finance handled all the paperwork and financing and was very helpful and responsive to financing. Donnie helped work out the transportation and solve issues with delays from the transportation company. I would recommend anyone who is buying from out of state to feel comfortable that they'll take care of you as if you're sitting in their office.

There is little to no attempt to listen to their customers. I spoke with 3 different people about…read moregetting a new battery and ended up being told 3 hours later it would be over two and a half grand for a new water pump... the battery wasn't even checked. The miscommunication, a bill for work I didn't ask to be done and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The 1st 2 times of going to just get my oil changed on the Ford side (years ago), I waited in the lobby with a toddler for over 3 and a half hours both times. When I finally inquired about the status of my vehicle,...they acted as though everything was an inconvenience. After this last mishap, we have learned our lesson and will never return. I sure hope they find some training for the people running that side.

We will never be back here for any type of service. My check engine light came on last week so I…read morehad the code read, came back as a sensor. Called to get a price, they gave it to me and said it would be about an hour to repair. My husband took the car in Friday, 2 hours later they come and tell him it was $150 more than what she told me on the phone, but it was in even worse shape than when he brought it in and Anna starts rambling about the crank shaft. He tells her to call me- she starts the same rambling until I tell her to cut the crap and tell me what's wrong with it- it was the fuel pump and it would be $2100 with what they had already done with the sensor- but they can't get to it til Thursday this week but it's supposedly not drivable to get it home. I told her I was going to have to call back and ask my grandma since it's her car that I'm borrowing while I shop for me a new car and see if she wants to put that much into it and ask if they have a loaner so my husband can get home- Anna tells me yes and gets him set up and sent on his way- with a car that barely had enough gas in it to get to a gas station. This is 4:30 on Friday. I call back and say go ahead with the fuel pump- and she tries talking me into putting a whole new motor in the car. Yeah not happening- it's the fuel pump. This morning I get a text right at 8 AM saying the car is done- and it's $2487- way higher than I was told over the phone- surprise surprise after their price increase on the sensor to get me in the door. I call and make sure it really is done since they said it would be Thursday and was told the tech came in over the weekend. I get there at 8:45 to return the rental and ask why it was so much higher and Anna was a complete and total jerk about it- saying they charge for 4 days of rental at $45 a day- which was NOT discussed at the time of pick up and we have NEVER been charged for a dealership loaner even at this facility. I asked how she came up with 4 days since it was picked up right at the end of the day Friday and within an hour Monday and she counts off on her fingers like I'm stupid "Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday - you had it on Monday and the rental car place down the street would also charge you a full day" I told her don't give me that crap I rent cars all the time and have never been charged a full day when brought back within an hour of opening. Then I called her out on her mis pricing the sensor and the $180 still didn't make the total add up to what I was told and she's just like the price is the price. I told her we wouldn't be back because none of the pricing we were given prior to authorizing service was accurate and her response was an eye roll and an "ok" then I asked where the car was and was just told "front row" which it was NOT in the front row where they said it was. Then to top it off I get in it and the cab completely REAKED of oil and grease from the technician being in it to test drive it and the steering wheel was oily. They had a vehicle I was interested in purchasing personally and my husbands business was in the market for a second work truck which we had planned to purchase there- and all of our company vehicles were going to be serviced there prior to this experience. We absolutely will NOT be purchasing or servicing anything here- and if you care about the service you receive for your vehicles I suggest you do the same. And if you do decide to go there- ask for anybody but Anna in the service department because she is completely and totally rude, incapable of providing proper and accurate quotes, has no accountability for her mistakes, takes 0 pride in her job, is a bad image for the company, apparently doesn't know the difference between a crank shaft and a fuel pump, and if I was the manager of this establishment she would be out of a job so fast her head would spin the way she treats customers.
