Our main goal was to get a good set of tires for our vehicle, get them balanced, and aligned, and then get back on the road as we had already experienced a delay in our trip. Our experience with the folks at RNR-Hutchison was positive in every way. They were able to get the tires we wanted on our vehicle, within the timeframe that we needed, and we were back on the road the next morning, saving us a lot of money. In my experience, the people there were friendly, knowledgeable, and they did everything that they said they would do. PS: While I was there, in their showroom, during the time that they were working on my vehicle, I was able to do some remote work on my laptop. As I did, I observed several people coming and going perhaps wanting to purchase new tires for their vehicle, or to make a payment on an installment agreement that they had previously set up with RNR, or, in one case, I saw a person who came in to resolve an issue that they were having with RNR. In every case, whether it was a new customer, an ongoing one, or one with a disagreement, I observed the staff interacting professionally with the customers. I've only had one experience with RNR-Hutchison, but I must assume that this kind of interaction is standard practice with their staff. In particular, I'd like to call out Lexi, who handled my purchase, she went above and beyond to make my experience with RNR-Hutchison great. Thank you.

I dont live here, so needed just something to get me home to my tire shop. The girl measured my tires then had to ask a guy what it meant. They then proceeded to tell me I have "shitty WalMart tires" and they wont fix them. They are NOT "shitty WalMart tires" and I did not appreciate them telling me that. Especially one of them being the manager. I only went to them because someone said they were good. I drove across town to our trusted Cooper Tires, and got fixed quickly and most importantly- with great service. I lived here for years, RNR...I dont see a good future for you here.

(Good sense of humor) Tow-driver was very kind and understanding about the situation i was in. His name was Timmy and i am so very grateful he came to my aid. Timmy managed to get my car on the truck bed without the keys, (which i did have originally and felt bad not knowing it wouldve made the job easier. sorry about that.) He worked hard and got it on the truck bed perfectly, and thats not having a battery and slit tire. Thats awesome. I appreciate that so much.
