Where do I begin? When you're a patient that deals with chronic pain and symptoms that lead you to…read moremany diagnoses and multiple specialists it's very taxing and difficult to manage. Coming from a medical background I understand the intricacies of the management but no one ever prepares you for the complexities of being on the receiving end of this. I always envisioned opening a holistic center that combined both eastern and western practices to treat patients via mind, body, and spirit through meditation, yoga, group therapy, physician care, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, sound meditation, nutrition, and whatever other amazing modalities would or could prove beneficial in treating people's ailments. I must admit I never thought I would find myself begging, pleading, and praying tirelessly to find a center that I thought was just an unrealized Dream. Until my prayers were answered. My 2 year journey of trying to find answers to all the symptoms that were riddling my body, physically and emotionally exhausting me, and mentally tearing me apart. So much into shreds that I was beginning to not recognize myself when I looked in the mirror. I was so tired of all the prescriptions that other doctors and clinics offered as bandaids. All mere temporary solutions to underlying issues that weren't truly discovered until I came here. The center of excellence approach to pain management within the Summit Institute is a total dream come true on so many levels. In talking to Dr Tobias Moeller-Bertram you can see the passion for helping his patients find long term solutions for pain management. His entire staff exudes love, empathy, and compassion. They truly want to equip their patients with knowledge and tools that are meant to help us take charge of our health care/pain management needs. It's not just about writing a prescription and sending us on our merry way. It's about helping us understand how pain works within our body, how we process, what it can do long term and how we can help ourselves and work as a team to live a better quality of life despite our diagnosis and chronic conditions. I am eternally grateful for staff like Dr. Sabah, Mr. Tutulugdzija, Dr. Hamilton, Ms, Luccheti, Ms. Cagatay, Ms. De Villiers, Ms. Adams, Ms. Bruno, and countless other staff that works hard to create a peaceful, warm, inviting, and healing environment to arrive and be tended to. I wish there were more centers like this but ABSOLUTELY BLESSED that I have the opportunity to be under this type of long sought for and extremely beneficial type of care. I continue to pray that many follow suit in providing this type of care for those who are in desperate search for a long term solution to their chronic pain. Thank you will never suffice the amount of gratitude for the help this center is already providing. I still have a ways to go but it's already looking brighter and Breath of new hope for many others like me.

Just left me, a patient, without my meds before I'm having major surgery for the REASON I've been a patient of theirs for three years. I am beyond angry that this place is allowed to operate like this. Shame on this clinic and its doctors.

Diana is a very nice and friendly lady to deal with also. The young therapist that takes care of me is also nice and seems to like his job. The ladies at the front desk are very cordial and always say "hello":when I walk in. I do hope my therapy will help out with taking away some of my shoulder pain. I was a past patient at this facility in Hemet for physical therapy after TWO knee replacements, in 2017 and 2021, both cash pay with excellent Physical Therapists and front office staff. Wow, things have really changed here. I called July 29, Aug. 7, Aug. 8, Aug. 15 with questions to see a therapist again, cash pay. Office staff at this specific office instructed me twice to leave a voicemail for the office manager (?). I never received a response. I went to the office today in person and explained my situation, including how I never heard back from Ms. Sprinkles. The receptionist told me she does not come into the office. I stated that I didn't mind that, but I never received a call back to answer my questions, etc. She repeated herself and stated, "I SAID......! Do you want me to make you an appt.?" I said I was confused about the lack of a call back and what it had to do with her not physically being in the office. She repeated herself again, getting a little more annoyed at having to do that. I asked what Ms. Sprinkles not being there in person had to do with responding to my voicemail, for the third time and whether she no longer worked for the company. She said she doesn't ever respond to voicemails because she is not physically there. I asked why I was instructed to leave those messages then. She stated, "Do you WANT to make an appt.?" Didn't ask if she could answer questions about the office or therapists. Nothing. Just said, "I am just the receptionist." So, her only job is to sit at the front desk, answer the phone and make appts.? Wow, that is some customer service! I said it seemed like the office didn't want my business. No response. So, I'm going elsewhere and would be remiss if I didn't share this fall from grace. So sad.
