Our dryer is a Kenmore and is approx. 20 yrs. old. Even though he said it didn't need one I had him replace the belt. He had one in his truck thus avoiding being without a dryer. I needed a washer fixed and he came lifted the washer and he proceeded to tell me he could not fix…read moreit so then I asked if he could fix a refrigerator and he told me he couldn't fix that either he was here for less than 15 min and told me that it would be $100 for the service call but he never once mentioned there was a service call fee when I made the appointment or the day before when I called to confirm the appointment. I was disappointed with his so called knowledge for repairing appliances and the miss leading and lack of information. He was more concerned about getting a $100 for a service call (that he never mentioned when the appointment was being made) than repairing a broken appliance. It's misleading to person who is trying to have their appliances fixed.
