10/10 would go back…read more I really enjoyed my experience at this spa. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were clean, relaxing, and enjoyable. Here's how to make the most of your visit with a Day Pass: Pack a tote bag with swim suit, dry clothing, fresh undergarments Mock Up Itinerary: Arrive by 12-1 pm, Leave by 6-6:30 pm Dry Services: 12:15-1 pm I recommend starting off at the Salt Cave for 30-40 minutes, then going into the Mind-Sync area where they have meditation and relaxation. Wet Services: 1:10-1:50 pm saunas first, then rinse off Sauna Tip: I always start with dry then go to wet spending 15 minutes in each one. 1:55-2:15 pm *Depending on what slot is available upon checking in, you can book 15 min Hot Mineral Water bath which was my favorite. Be ready in the waiting area 5-10 MIN before your appointment because they will not go around looking for you!! 2:30-3:30 pm Hit the pool. They also have mineral water pools outdoors no appointment needed. 3:30 Shower 3:45 Snack/Gym. I didn't do it but you might as well. 4:00 Go BACK to Mind Sync and try something new Additional Comments: Price: $160 pp (holiday upcharge) / I do not know the regular price but I believe it's $130 on weekdays Spa: women's spa area was a bit busy with groups of ladies. The hair products were running low, lotion as well. Showers around 6:30 pm were in busy rotation and some ladies had to wait for a shower. Visitors/People: Some visitors do come in groups and might not follow spa etiquette in terms of using their quiet voices but that's outside of the actual spas control and is a result of visiting on a holiday like I did. Check out: Can get a bit crammed up during the holiday weekend (I visited memorial weekend) so be mindful there are 3-4 people behind the counter and if you try to leave 10 minutes before they close you may be stuck waiting 10-15 minutes. I suggest planning to leave and checkout by 6:15 pm Meditation Area: The blankets in the mind sync area are very soft however they are reused so once you're done the staff will fold it and place it back onto the chair. They have headphones and they offer headphones covers for sanitary purposes, which is great. Food: They have a cafe and a food service window by the pool area. I did not have the chance to try the food on site. You can also probably bring your own bev/snacks. They have oranges and nuts on site from what I remember.

I wasn't aware how great a day spa pass can be! For this holiday weekend, all services were fully…read morebooked but that is not a problem at spa Sec-he. We easily spent most of the day here enjoying all of the amenities they have to offer. The day pass is not cheap - $165 per person but you do get to enjoy quite a bit of options. The star of the show for me was the grounding room where I was transported nearly out of body while laying on a vibrating chair with a warm electric blanket and headphones. The mineral bath was nice but a little hot for my taste and the the salt cave didn't quite feel salty enough for my taste but overall an incredible experience. The staff works very hard to accommodate every request and the aromatherapy towels helped me endure the sauna and steam rooms.

I walked into Nazemi Musculoskeletal Center hoping to get help with chronic neck pain. I also had…read moreheadaches that had been part of my life for years - they as "regular" headaches/migraines and had slowly upgraded themselves to a 24/7 subscription service I absolutely did not sign up for. I was taking all kinds of over the counter and prescription meds for these headaches with little relief. I've been to several chiropractors in my life so I thought I knew what to expect. Enter Dr. Jacques "Jox" Allmand -- chiropractor, healer, and possibly a wizard. On my first visit, I explained my symptoms, and while describing the neck and back pain Doc asked "how about headaches?" Without hesitation I said "all the time, every minute". He finished his assessment and said we'd get me feeling better, and "We can definitely fix those headaches." I remember thinking, "Bold claim, sir." But guess what? I have not had a single headache since my first treatment. Not one. It's been three months. I did go back for a few more treatments for my neck and back pain, as I'd been "stuck" for quite a while. I feel better than I have in years. I will be scheduling regular appointments (tune-up Tuesday!) to keep feeling this good. Dr. Jacques uses a mix of conventional and innovative techniques. He's very efficient but when you tell him about a new pain or aren't feeling quite right at the end of the session he takes the time to investigate. You and your pain will be heard. And then you feel better. And then your pickleball game improves! (I hear this is also true for one's golf game.) If you're in pain -- whether it's acute, chronic, new, old, or something you've just decided to "live with" -- don't wait. Run. (Or walk. Or hobble.) Just get yourself to Nazemi Musculoskeletal Center and see Dr. Jacques. Your future, pain-free self will thank you.
