I was…read morereally impressed with the before and after photos and had been wanting to try Cool Sculpting for a while now but wasn't sure if I would be able to appreciate the results due to the fact that I am not a "large" person. Sometimes in this industry when the results aren't "dramatic" it seems negligible to spend the money to get from point A to point B. However, now I can say when your clothing fits like you want it to fit you, then the result is ALWAYS dramatic! I finally tried it and the procedure itself was no big deal AT ALL and I can't say there was even any discomfort and I was expecting there could be a little but hey, no pain - no gain so I was willing. There was just a cold sensation but I watched TV and the time passed by quickly. Afterwards, there was a little bit of swelling but nothing to where my pants didn't zip. It was such a no big deal to me that I can't even tell you how long I had any swelling. I would have to say the final result did actually reveal more muscle definition in my abs. I now have a line going north/south where I never saw one before. I have always worked out so I have the feeling the muscle definition was always there but I didn't see it because it was covered by a fat layer...?? And I should mention it HAS to be the result of CoolSculpt since my gym closed shortly afterwards due to Covid. To date the definition is still there and I was working out LESS without access to my gym. It may be open again but I'm not ready to return yet. Its been maybe 7-8 months since I had the first session and overall I have noticed now that I'm changing out my closet to fall/winter clothing that many pairs of my pants are now bigger on me (my tailor will love this!). I can definitely see there was progress made, which is something I'm sure everyone wonders about when thinking of where to spend our hard earned dollar$. LaRue is educated in this industry and therefore, has the ability to read and understand the research involved in this technology - and pass it along in ways that we can comprehend.
