Rob brought his 16 year old son with him for training purposes. They did do a spectacular job on the 4Runner, but did take them from 8 am until 3 pm. However they worked on GMC Sierra intermittently throughout the day and failed to complete in full, Rob claimed it was complete at 6:30 pm, it was dark so dificult to inspect the quality of the detail job, floormats where not installed, left in the bed of the truck. Upon inspection the next morning, found that the windows had streaking inside and out, failed to clean/vacuum the insides of the interior counsels, as if neither were even opened, both gloveboxes were not cleaned either. At a cost of $200.00 per Vehicle I had higher expectations, when Icalculate the hourly rate, it was $38.00 per hour for the detailing, seems a bit steep for a mobile car detailing service in my opinion. Obviously that the training of a 16 year old was a deterant in performance and quality of the job done. Do I recommend Rob's Auto Detail? It's a 3.5 star out of 5 stars.

Unfortunately my husband's old tint was pretty tough to get off so took a little longer than expected but they were good at keeping us updated and informed on the status. We also loved that there is a lifetime warranty on the tint in case anything happens or if there was an issue with the initial application. Be on the lookout because it's a quick turn off the main road and parking lot is in the back. Great quality and great customer service!
