When we first moved to our house, we had an issue with our other side of the house not having electricity whenever it rained and hired 2 five star rated electricians on yelp and they were able to fix the problem and problem would come up again when it started raining. Those 2 electricians we hired were a waste of time and money as they didn't troubleshoot well like First Tri Electric. I called First Tri Electric and the owner Ney sent his employee to check it out. He did some troubleshooting that the other 2 electricians I hired before didn't do. It turns out my wires were getting wet inside since my pipes weren't water proof. Ney's employee took everything apart and rewired everything and BOOM everything was working perfectly even during the rain. I hired Ney on another big project at my house to upgrade my panel to a 200 AMP and this turned out smooth swell. No problems at all and I have my AC on all day and charge my EV at night. Look no further for another electrician, these guys are all you need. Their pricing is well priced compared to the others aswell! They also installed my Chargepoint and Tesla charger. When the technician arrived, he recommended upgrading to an EV-specific outlet, explaining it was the better choice. He offered to refund the $100 price difference, but I declined because I didn't feel it was fair after the work had already been completed. Nick was the first to respond within minutes...at 8 o'clock at night! We FaceTimed him (after seeing all of his five star Yelp reviews) to show him our problem, and he gave immediate advice, which we followed. He said he would be out first thing in the morning. He was! We had to replace a few circuits that were fried and decided to do a full breaker box maintenance (to prevent this from happening again) because it probably hadn't been serviced...ever...in 25 years. Nick went far over and above expectations. He threw in upgrading a garage outlet while he was here and put in a whole house surge protector at a very discounted rate since we went with the full breaker box maintenance package.
