To begin with they said different pricing per class and when u decide to sign up the prices changes. Ask for this upfront before signing up. Both my kids were going here for class we just got started and we made sure that they go with their friends so that they enjoy the class and not be scared. All of sudden they scheduled my son's class from his usual time to 1 hour early and there is absolutely no communication about any of this reschedule. When asking them they don't have a clue on what's going on. I got a class missed and wanted to get that in for which they have restrictions by when I have to get this done but there is absolutely no slot available for the time it works out for me. This is not a place where I do business with. It is all shady and don't know what they charge and they don't stick to their commitment rather ask you to fit into their schedule which changes without any notice.

After coming here regularly for a few years, I noticed a decline in some of the amenities. The…read moreshowers don't work properly, there are a lot of complaints regarding water being too cold or too hot. The steam room has been closed for a couple of years because it doesn't work. Members are constantly slamming heavy weights on the floor which is especially annoying when there is a yoga class and stretching area next to that area. It has yet to be addressed. I do enjoy the fitness classes and the instructors are great. They have upgraded the weighted machines.

Since this new location at beaver creek commons has opened, the school has been very organized…read more They organize them based on their skill level and how well they are doing my son who has been scared of putting his face in the water has finally moved on and moved up into doing that and without any fear or any issues. so far they had a really good deal for the first seven sessions where you get a free session, followed by a series of seven sessions for 70 something dollars and that runs up about $37 per session The only Carrier to it is is that it's only a 30 minute session so therefore you only get a certain amount of time especially if there's more than one person in the group. The positive side to that is the group sizes are four to one so you only have four children per one instructor at the max we've been lucky for most part where my son has been either one or two kids in the pool and has really grown up from that. Couldn't recommend them enough right now as this is a very convenient location for me. The pool is very clean and very well organized and they have a lot of managers or supervisors walking around the pool to make sure everything is going well and for the little kids that there are no meltdowns or what not .
