Air Care got back to me quickly and said they could come by on Monday between 9-11. There was one company that replied over the weekend but they had no reviews, so I didn't engage with them. Come Monday, Air Care was a no show, no call by 11:30. I called them and talked to Josh. He apologized and said their system didn't let them know I had an appointment. I knew I was texting with AI up to that point, so I accepted his apology. He told me they would have someone out between noon and 2.
