They didn't respond to my request for a quote (I waited two days before writing this), which tells me they're most likely lacking in customer service as well. read more

Contacted Bret to get my car windows tinted. Unlike some other companies out there, Bret actually showed up on time, didn't cancel with excuses (like others) and did a great job. The next day I noticed a hair in the tint of one window. I realize this can happen as the working conditions to tint a car aren't that great but what is most important is the word of the business owner when he guarantees his work. Bret was great, came back out and took a good amount of time to re-tint that window and in fact, re-tinted another window that had a very, very small flaw. He didn't have to do that. Incredible work. On time, professional, and has pride in his work. Very pleased. read more

We just moved out here from San Diego, CA. We have been here a week and needed our two cars tinted, A.S.A.P. We googled mobile window tinting and gave Cool Expressios window tinting a call. We made the appointment for this morning at 930am. Bret showed up 30min before and worked on both cars. One a 2012 Toyota Camry, and the other a 2012 Toyota Prius. He spent a few hours to our surprise delivered excellent work at a more than resonable price. We didn't even have to meet him he drove all the way out to us in Buckeye, AZ. Bret gets 4 enthusiastic thumbs up!! Top notch work. Cool Expressions window Tinting 480-335-0138 www dot goodtint dot com bret at goodtint dot com read more

I requested quotes from 3 different businesses. Bret, Cool Expressions, responded immediately. Instead of giving me a quote he started asking pertinent questions in regard to my vehicle. He knew what my problem was just by the year and type of vehicle I own. His quote was very affordable and included removing old window film. The other businesses just sent a quote with a separate price for removal of old film. Bret saved me hundreds, yes hundreds, of dollars! He came to our house, on time, and was done in about 45 minutes, with a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend Bret! read more

We had Bret out this morning to tint our car, and it looks fantastic. I requested a quote through yelp, he responded quickly, then he had a sooner opening and called right away. He came to our house, was right on time, and made this so easy, I wish we had done it sooner! His pricing was super competitive, and he did a really good job. We are so excited to beat the heat a little more this summer and protect our skin more. I can't recommend him enough, I will have him out soon to fix the tint on our other car after seeing his work. Thanks! read more

Bret was fantastic to work with! He was responsive and timely. He educated me on the proper tint for my car and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgeable person for window tint. Thank you Bret! We will refer you to friends and family. read more

Brett did a really outstanding on my window tint. I shopped around quite a bit and was going to go back to the dealer because they would provide a "lifetime guarantee." Brett offered the same warranty for half the price quoted by the dealer. Honestly, I have had several vehicles tinted and the lifetime warranty thing was not the deal maker for me; it was Brett's customer service; working with me to find a date that would work and coming to my office to install the tint. I hope to send more people Brett's way. read more

Bret exudes what customer service is all about. Answered his phone the first time I called, price was spot on, was on time for our appointment and his work was quick, clean and top notch. The real customer service came when I called him about 5 minutes after he left to ask for help as my battery died. No hesitation, he turned around and came back to jump my truck. Thank you Bret! read more
