It was excellent. If you happen to catch them somewhere, you will not be disappointed, the food is excellent. They sold out at the music festival. Ribs were excellent: meaty, tender, smoky, a tiny hint of heat in the seasoning. No sauce needed. I tried a bit and it was good, a little sweet. But unnecessary, sign of good meat. The mac was good too. A bit too "fancy" for Baby K, meaning flavorful and not completely basic. Really good as a side. Super good service. Decent prices. Pretty much the basics on the menu, but you don't want complications with bbq, or a food truck, anyway.
