Well don't be scared to go here anymore as the gas station is shining new for now. If you are drunk by 6pm or just want a quick taco in the morning give it a try. The 2 ingredient tacos, meat and cheese are pretty expensive at 2 bucks a pop or 9 bucks for a quesadilla. The flavor of grease will provide a friendly reminder of your experience the next morning in the bathroom. If you like to eat fire with your tacos get the red sauce. You may not need to wait till the morning for the reminder. There was no line and the nice little lady made our tacos faster than Taco Bell could without the flat top. Again this establishment is very clean so no worries there. I have to demolish the prices and really believe they could make this the best hidden taco joint in town with some creativity. I know someone there has a family recipe or two they could use. Food demolisher out.

I only went there to do one thing only......... and that was to secure a cup or two of the holy ELOTES! I swear I've been many places and tried many types of corn whether on a stick, wrapped in foil, or in a cup but this is the ONLY place that yields the most freshest ,creamiest, flavorful, and tastiest elotes (which I make spicy). I think it has alot to do with their cheese. It's different. Its' not like your typical run of the mill corn-lady cart that offers just paremesan or some other crack-head cheese. This is some real fresh and tasty cheese that is lathered with your corn. Along with butter, cream, mayo, paprika, chili powder, a sprinkle of limon powder and topped off with the cheese and a nice drizzle of the Valentina hot sauce... you're in elote heaven. I almost regret writing about this on YELP in fear that it will be over-crowded or over-exploited and as a result the quality will slowly diminishes but I think sharing .....IS caring. I should be selfish and keep this a secret, which btw is mostly known and shared among the other that live among Swiss, Bryan, Bennett and Henderson but I am better than that. I may have a few regrets after posting this review but I know in the end I'll secure a place in heaven for being self-less and caring. Let loose and indulge. Don't be afraid of the skirmy area. It's fine in the day time and evening. If it looks too dangerous then come again some other day when less packed but regardless try it out. It's magical. The elotes lady is magical. But overall it's not bad. I just wish the gas out front was a little cheaper and I wish the convenience store prices were a little cheaper, but considering they are the main supply of stuff in proximity to the party neighborhoods with all the hot people from Dallas, then it's not really that surprising.

As I tried to fill up a hand basket with all of the items for my customer I was given a very bad attitude by whom I could only assume as the manager at 10:50 when I asked if I could leave my basket at the front to fill up another one I was told again "we close is 5 minutes" well it was 10 minutes but you know customer service. Anyway, I missed out on making money to feed my family because they wanted to close early. Rude people and worse customer service. What can you expect these days. Nobody wants to work hard for their money or be helpful to other humans. If this place were to be on fire the employees would probably stand by and film it for their tik tok. Also watched 5 more people walk in after me allowed to shop. It's probably cuz I'm white.
