Love the design of the place! It reminds of a dance studio since it gives a more R&B type vibe. The staff was super kind and helpful. I don't remember the names of the cookies exactly, but I got 2 different types of peanut butter cookies and my partner got the OG chocolate chip and the cookies & cream. I love peanut butter in general so those are my bias in terms of favorites. The OG was excellent and it was filled with lots of chocolate. I thought the cookies & cream was mid. The cookies are pretty big and thick in general and I love the packaging. I do think that they are on the pricier side.

They need to work on their flavor profiles - we got the OG, cookies and cream and triple chocolate and they all tasted the same. Best part of our visit and honestly why this is a 4/5 is because DIEGO was AWESOME! Such a friendly human. Great service from him!!

This place was okay. The cookies tasted pretty good, but 1) they weren't warm at all, and 2) they were pretty expensive at $5 per cookie. I got the original chocolate chip with walnuts, and the peanut butter. They probably would have been better if I took them back to my hotel and microwaved them, but we were out for the day and just wanted a treat after lunch. If they slightly lower their prices just slightly (maybe $3.50 or $4 a cookie) and made an effort to serve the cookies warm, I think this could be a 5 star place with lines out the door, rather than empty when I visited.

The cookie plug is right next to where we are staying and pretty much start the Ashford strip. We had to try as cookies are a big thing back home 23 got three cookies which were pretty expensive. It they are big and elevate. The place is very hip hop and chill and service was attentive to our questions. I enjoyed my cookie but I definitely had better. A quick stop through introduced me to the strawberry cheesecake/ sugar cookie sprinkle cookie I made such a mistake... I went back and as you can see got a pack mostly filled with them. It was sweet but really one of the best combos. The chocolate chip walnut and smores cookies were just okay but appreciated the cookies being warm and ready when I ordered. The staff was patient and friendly in explaining how the packages are sold. The packaging most certainly with the theme of being "the plug". Unfortunately there is a location close to me but if I were to be close to one in the future definitely stopping by. read more

I was excited to try these cookies but was greatly disappointed with the price and dryness of the sugar cookie. We bought them in the evening so maybe they would be a better purchase for the morning. Been there twice I call them little cakes. 5.00 cada uno but 15.00 por cuarto. Loved them have coffee as well have not tried. We live near by and like something different. Enjoy. read more

I didn't really enjoy these too much. The cookies are shaped more like small pies called phatties and were served cold and very hard. The service was quick and friendly and the store has a cool decor. However, I'd pass on trying these again. read more
