Twice now I have requested to use the locker in the morning and at 4:45 pm it still hasn't been done. The first time it was still behind the counter at the RX Pick up and the employee gave it to me. The second time the employee looked but said it had gone to the pharmacist area (RX request drop off) and I would have to ask them for it. The line was very long and when I got to the counter the employee looked around and found my RX. It was in a bag that was in a box with other bags of RX waiting to be put in the lockers. She couldn't give it to me so I had to wait while she filled the lockers and sent me the locker code. The lockers are a good idea, but they should specify that they won't be available on the same day.

Sometimes finding things in the larger stores can be overwhelming but Food Depot ticked all the boxes for finding what I needed - clean wide aisles, decent variety of brands, fresh produce at very reasonable prices, helpful employees, bright lighting to be able to read labels, and a large selection of items to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year. Unfortunately, the chicken was completely rotten and smelled like a dead corpse the moment I brought it home and opened the box. The smell was so horrible that it immediately filled my entire house. I had to wrap the box in five plastic bags and seal it with duct tape just to contain the disgusting odor. I bought chicken for my family to eat, not something that would make my entire house smell like a crime scene. Honestly, I have never experienced anything this disgusting from a food purchase. Five plastic bags and duct tape just to contain the smell of chicken? That is absolutely unacceptable. Freshness and food safety should be the bare minimum for any business selling meat. Halal certification is important, but customers also expect the meat to be fresh, safe, and fit for consumption. This experience was beyond disappointing. It raises serious concerns about how the meat was stored, handled, and checked before being sold. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and makes sure no other customer has to bring home a box of rotten chicken and turn their house into an emergency odor-containment zone. I expect a proper response and an appropriate refund. This is not just poor customer service; it is a serious food-quality concern.

I comprimised after having driven all the way there, and purchased two tubs showers and multiple plumbing supplies. Was then offered no assistance in loading them or instructions on what works for packing them. They then fell off the truck on I 84. part o that was my fault, but only one small part of the shower fell off and broke. I went back to buy that part, but was told that I had to buy the entire shower again. There was no remorse for having no one to assist me in loading, or to tell me the best way to pack them on a trailer. Partly my fault, but the lack of customer service or concern seemed horrible to me. I had to buy the entire shower again, they gave it to me at cost. If I didn't have a whole day into it 7 plus hours, and a plumber waiting for the install, I would have brought everything back. No respect or service from this store, I'll never go back.

We knew what we'd come for (lobstah!), and assumed we'd order once we made it up to the counter. However, as we waited our turn, one of the employees started shouting at us from behind a cooler. Between the distance, white noise and a slight language barrier, we weren't sure why we were being yelled at. Eventually the woman at the register clarified what we needed: one Maine lobster. How many lbs? We said two. The woman who had shouted at us confirmed our order from her co-worker, and returned with two, 2-lb Maine lobsters: a slight miscommunication. She reached into the bag, grabbed the luckier of the two, and put him back in the tank. The less fortunate one returned home with us, to satisfy my wife's pregnancy cravings!
