Cooke Orthodontics - Me after my checkup with my invisilines! - Orthodontists Near Me - Napa, California

We've been going to Cooke's for years. Our daughter had a severe overbite and gap and super small airway. She was very young and they have been great. Everyone that works there is beyond nice and happy Cooke Orthodontics has events and games for the kids and adult patients. Cooke's goes above and beyond giving back the community as well. This business is so much more. If you or your child needs braces this is the place to go. Also they have some of the best air purifying systems and super clean the place still seems brand new inside. read more

I called Dr. Cookes office during a very stressful situation/having extreme pain and they immediately fit me in next day for an appointment - Dr Cooke and the staff were some of the nicest, most caring people ive met at an office and went above and beyond to take care of me as a patient. She was incredibly thorough with the examination/xrays and additional tests to help resolve the issue I was having. I would HIGHLY recommend going here to anyone and if I had a child with crooked teeth I would also send them here :) read more

I first "met" Dr. Cooke when one of my 4th grade students wrote a letter to her asking for a donation for our school fundraiser. This was about 12 years ago. Dr. Cooke responded to my student, who was thrilled with her card and donation. When my daughter needed orthodontics I went to see Dr. Cooke since she was generous with her time and donation. Then my whole family went to see Dr. Cooke. Dr. Cooke is the best orthodontist possibly in the world. I'm not kidding. Her office is clean, decorated in a lovely manner, patient friendly, professional, has modern equipment, modern practices and is inviting to all. Dr. Cooke has happy employees who will go out of their way for you and make sure you are taken care of. The financial aspect of orthodontia is handled by one designated person who will help you with insurance and creating a payment schedule that you can handle. You can tell that Dr. Cooke loves what she does and is very good at it. She will give you excellent care and make herself available if you need her. You can tell right away and through her actions , that Dr. Cooke is a good person at heart who loves her community and cares for her patients. If you need ortho services I guarantee you will be impressed and taken care of in every way. I recommend her to everyone I know and send students of mine there all the time, without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and go see her. It is a treat to see how to run a business where care is taken with every person who walks into the office. From start to finish, you will be impressed. Napa is very lucky to have Dr. Cooke providing this level of dentistry in our town. read more

We have been coming to Cooke Ortho for about 3 years now, and the experience has been nothing but perfection every time! We first met Dr. Cooke during an evaluation process when we were "interviewing" potential ortho's for our son. When we left her office, we new immediately we had found the right one! From the front office staff, to the assistants, to Dr. Cooke herself; everyone gives 100% every single interaction we have! Every concern is addressed and every question is answered! It's weird how change happens over time, and we felt like not much was happening with his teeth, but when we came in and looked at before and after pictures: WOW! I remember my own personal journey with orthodontics, and it definitely wasn't this pleasant. Our son's teeth have noticeably gotten so much better (we're presently doing phase one), and it has also helped with widening his passageway to allow for easier breathing. We feel welcomed when we are in person, and feel connected even when we are virtual. Especially during these "unprecedented" times, they still make sure to avail themselves whenever needed. Thank you so much, Dr. Cooke and staff! We absolutely adore you all!!!! read more

Dr. Cooke and her staff are wonderful! Excellent customer service, they are kind, courteous, and take good care of meeting their patients needs. Scheduling for my daughter is somewhat of a challenge as we always need a late afternoon appointment, they always give a few to choose from when scheduling her follow up. Working with this office has been a great experience. They go above and beyond to ensure your happiness. If you are currently seeking Orthodontic treatment, or will be in the future, I highly recommend this office. Your smile will thank you for it! read more

I came here since my original ortho was completely rude and disregarded my concerns about some issues I was having with equipment. And this office blew me away!!! They are so sweet and friendly right away when I called the office the lady who answered the phone was so sweet and sincere and they actually called me back (which my previous ortho couldn't seem to do) I was in the very next day my needs were addressed I was given a treatment plan and they started treatment the same day as well. They are also very calm and patient and super efficient with everything I didn't feel rushed and felt that I was heard and given the quality time a new patient should have. I was so so so blown out of my mind at how much of a 180 this visit was in comparison to my other Dr. Staff is out of this world so sweet and caring and the office is so clean and well maintained. I wish I had come here originally for my braces I would have rather spent my money here than the other office I went to. Will definitely keep coming here for maintenance on my retainers and will recommend this office to anyone who asks!! Dr. Cooke is super sweet and efficient she took care of my problem in less than five minutes and made me feel like I was a patient who she's been seeing for ever. It was such a comfortable and great experience so thank you!! read more

I can't get enough of this wonderful office. All staff are amazing, friendly, educated, knowledgeable, and most importantly caring. Always a great experience!! I was with smile direct club before and they were a nightmare of a company. After being continuously lied to by them, and scammed out of my money I decided to go directly to the best know company Invisalign. They set my with with Cooke Orthodontics and I am SO happy that they did. All of the staff there are so great and I am so happy with how my teeth are transforming. I highly recommend getting Invisalign through here! Plus there hours are great for those of you who work full time as they open super early. :) I will absolutely be recommending this place to all of my friends and family. read more

My opinion. This orthodontics has nice staffs and friendly, but they replace braces every few weeks and some braces do not fit. My child does not like braces because they do not fit and because they forget. Now they said we must sign the electronic form by clicking "I am satisfied.... I am satisfied....I am satisfied...." They say "BEFORE WE FINISH YOUR TREATMENT, THESE TWO FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED. If I do not sign, they will not provide the permanent brace, but I paid for it, did not I? This is horrible. They also forced to sign a form that we may get COVID from the practice. Dental forms from other places are far more reasonable. They are forcing us to say I am satisfied with the service. read more

I couldn't be anymore happier with Cooke's Orthodontist! Their customer service and staff is always on point. My daughter was referred to them by her dentist for braces and a consult on teeth extraction since her mouth was crowded. My daughter was so scared of the thought of all this but after our first consult we were glad we chose to come here. After some pictures of my daughter's face profile Dr. Cooke assured me extracting her teeth and making her feel self conscious was not the way to go. Instead we got her in a retainer that helped widen her mouth and got her braces on! I love that they are open bright and early so my daughter doesn't have to miss school and I don't have to miss work. The staff is great. They call you back as soon as you leave your message and do all they can to see you the same day for emergency. They really make you feel welcome. read more

From my first phone call, till the time we checked out, everyone was courteous and helpful. The environment is tailored to kids with a 'cyber,' bar equipped with iPads and chairs. It's cheery updated decor is spacious and each staff member easily communicates services available and cost. There's also an open area for brushing your teeth. Each staff member seems very happy to be there, as they all greet you with a smile. I'm would highly recommend this place for anyone needing orthodontic services, but especially for kids! read more

Dr. Cooke and her team are incredibly professional and friendly. I have never seen a medical office more efficiently run and well-organized. This office is equipped with state of the art technology and a waiting room that appeals to children and adults (complimentary drinks and fruit as well as computers and games to entertain the kids). My children WANT to go to the orthodontist and can't wait for their next visit. In addition to the amazing results I've seen with her patients, I have also noticed a tremendous amount of "giving back" to this community. It is impressive and I am so pleased I chose Dr. Cooke when selecting an orthodontist in Napa Valley. read more

I am a physician whose daughter has been going to Dr. Cooke over the past year. I have been very impressed by the excellent care my daughter has received! Dr. Cooke has assembled a very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly team, who make each appointment a pleasure. Dr. Cooke was recommended to us by my daughter's classmates and I know that they have also had outstanding experiences with this clinic. Dr. Cooke presents the "braces experience" in a very positive and fun way, which really helps her patients feel good about themselves, e.g. the complimentary "Proud to be a Brace Face" T-shirts. I highly recommend Dr. Cooke and her group!! read more

The staff here are amazing!! Always friendly, and very professional! Unfortunately, that is the only good review I can offer! My son was treated here, and is now in another set of braces with another ortho. I was also treated here, and will also be getting another set with another ortho. I don't feel like our concerns were addressed, and despite the numerous times I stated my issues, I was always made to feel like it was just me being overly critical, and the recommendation was to remove the braces, treatment was concluded. I wish I had listened to recommendations given by others, and steared clear! read more

Mary and her team of Ortho-Angels are fantastic! Their philosophies with orthodontic care has traditional values mixed with modern technology to get the job done as efficiently as possible and they really care about you! At 36 years old, I finally met an orthodontist that was willing to give me braces and NOT pull any teeth. I had always loved my big smile and wanted to keep it that way, I just had crowding on the bottom that I wanted taken care of. Mary and her team gave me a perfect smile in 18 months. Mary had to get creative and think outside the box to give me what I wanted.......all of my teeth stay in my mouth and have a perfect smile!! Every visit was a pleasure, everyone works together and has a great time.....and they are great cheerleaders for you as your smile gets transformed. With Mary Cooke, its not just about the clients, its about having a strong team that is excited about what they do to help us as clients. I don't know about you, but I truly admire an employer that cares about their team's well being. Happy employees mean happy work, happy work means a perfect smile on your face as a result! We all win! Thank you Mary! Thank you Ortho-Angels! You have given me the gift of a confident smile! read more

We LOVE Cooke Orthodontics, they are so caring, friendly, fun and do amazing orthodontic work. My daughter gets her braces off in 3 weeks and we are so happy with her teeth and smile and she feels the same way! They are also so accommodating if you need to reschedule your appointment. They include their clients in fun holiday events and have fun raffles and contests. I highly recommend them and we drive 45 min from Petaluma to go to Cooke Orthodontics! in Napa! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. The high quality and high level of service succeeded my expectations. I was recently visiting Napa for a long weekend and my permanent retainer broke. Dr Cooke's office allowed me to come in for repair during an off-day to help in my dire need. Dr Cooke was thorough and kind and I am so appreciative for the quick help to a situation that could have ruined my trip. Folks who live in the area are fortunate to have Dr Cooke as an option. I would definitely recommend. The office staff is top notch and so is the office facility. Too bad I don't live closer, otherwise this would be my choice. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! read more

Dr Cooke and her staff made my daughters time in braces fun and easy. She looked forward to going to her appointments and every time we were there, everyone was so nice and helpful. The entire staff and Dr Cooke are all Outstanding!! They always go the extra mile!! Thanks so much!!

Generally nice, however so completely un-understanding. Only open tuesday through Friday. And for braces removal only have morning appointments. They have been just awful about seeing the fact that my daughter is student and that her coming in during the morning of her first week back to school is plain insane. Also when trying to find a time only two days earlier they make little to no effort to fit her in to their "jammed" schedule. I am very disappointed in this occurrence and I will be currently glad to break free from this office. By no means will I be recommending Dr Cooke to anyone else. read more

I really wished I had something better to say about Dr. Cooke. But I really dont. I went in to get a new retainer made; not a big deal. Well apparently making a retainer is harder than I thought because the new ones didn't fit, period. So I asked for them to fix it for me and after Dr. Cooke spent several minutes reassuring me that it was all in my head, I finally got her to make me a new set. So she did. I go in again and the bottoms were fine but the top still didn't fit. So I asked again if she could order me a new one. Now not only did Dr. Cooke speak to me as if in was a child who was being difficult on purpose, but she refused to make me a new retainer until I wore these ones for a week. So I politely agreed and after a week where my teeth we shoved painfully all out of line, she agreed to make me a new upper. They still dont fit. Needless to say if they can't get it right this time I will ask for a refund. On a positive note the other girls in the office are very sweet. read more

Dr Cooke You and your team did such an incredible job on our grandson Dallas Telle's teeth. When he first came into your office he was so self conscious about smiling because of the condition of his teeth. His teeth are SO perfect and I thank you for that.
