Breana did call me after some back and forth. She consulted with management was able to resolve my account issues and services due to me, despite my delay in scheduling. I will stay with them and hopefully continue to have good relationship now that I am aware of the importance of self scheduling and self tracking of service visits as the customer's responsibility.

Tech called and asked how I was doing and my reply was awful and he proceeds to say that's good. Finally fixed but just waiting for the next outage on this terrible service. Reliable should be called NotReliable. My mother's unit stopped about 3 weeks ago and it took a week and my grandsons great great grandmother's unit went out as well and they won't arrive to her for almost two weeks for repairs. Both were purchased through Reliable so pleeeeeeeease BEWARE. They don't deserve ANY star for their services and customer etiquette is non existent. Another Update: August 17, 2026 My AC has completely gone on out me on yesterday with health issues, an elderly parent in their 80's here, and a toddler grandson. Reliable states that I'm in a rural area and although the feel is like 110 degrees outside, my thermostat reads 98 degrees, we have nowhere to go. All representatives I speak to advises that we're suppose to wait from Sunday Morning on August 16, 2026 until Wednesday August 19th from 8am-12pm to actually breathe. It's okay for us to pass away from heat exhaustion in our home but illegal by law if in a vehicle. Ive politely begged to speak to someone higher and was not allowed. I've called 3 times with no real resolution for this dire situation for my elderly parent and toddler grandson. I also work from home. BEWARE, DO NOT get fooled. I was also advised that I'm in a rural area but keep in mind that they sent a technician out to get me to buy this awful service in that same rural area the very next day with no problem whatsoever. If heat exhaustion occurs, I must sue. I pay on time each month and get regular scheduled maintenance in which they recently completed. Update: Received a call from them after the review stating someone will be out to fix the ventilation in the rooms and their insurance will get back with me soon. 1:30pm Worst service I have ever seen. Spoke with someone almost two weeks after my system installation due to the system being put in my home improperly and flooding my floors walls and ceilings and no one has reached out to me to assist with any accommodations other than a restoration service. I have loud dehumidifiers hooked up to increase my electric bill (not on a generator), I work from home so the noise is a problem, no type of compensation for this huge inconvenience to come home to after returning from a trip to see my home like this with children, hardly any air coming through the vents in my children rooms causing it to be extremely hot during the day and night, and no responses via email from the one point of contact I was given 5 days ago. Floors coming up in bedrooms and hall floor with odors of mold and my kids and I have terrible allergies. I have never seen such worst customer etiquette in my life. I thought I would have cool air in every room and to move in to my next renovation project when returning home. My floors just have never been right since the flood to my home.

If you value integrity and don't want to be ripped off, don't hire J&J Heating/Air and Plumbing. I…read morecontacted them to have my HVAC serviced and checked out for the pending summer heat, and to have plumbing services (constant running of a toilet, driving me crazy). My initial interaction with Lisa was assuring--she was polite, professional and transparent (mostly before the fact). She explained there would be a separate fee for each service call, in addition to any work done-- $79 for HVAC and $75 for plumbing. She also said, if needed, a customer supplied toilet installation would cost $350, which admittedly, she acknowledged was pricey, and that I was not obligated for the install. The HVAC service technician came out first and no problems here. The next day the plumber came. He informed me that the constant running was an issue with the make of the toilet and to fix it would be more than the cost of a new one. We happened to have a new, unopened toilet on hand and my husband suggested we install it. However, I said I thought the price tag for the install was a bit too much. That's when he said he would install it for $250, so I agreed. Here is where the lack of honesty and integrity began. After removing the toilet, two extended trips to Loews were made; the first was to purchase a flange that he said needed replacing and the second to purchase H2O lines. Why didn't they know new lines were needed, they had the toilet specs and experience. When all was said and done the cost to me was $550. Now I expected to pay for the flange and H2O lines, but $225, NO WAY, I've bought both these items several times in the past. The cost combined, on the highest end shouldn't have been more than $40. When I questioned him, he tried to tell me that this is what it cost to replace the flange. I was livid, paid him, and decided I would take it up with the company. I called to ask for a detailed invoice and Lisa said they didn't break down the labor from the parts, they just charged a flat fee (she didn't explain this initially). When I received the invoice via email, it read--repair toilet flange $225. So now it went from a replacement to a repair, obviously to justify the cost. Even if that wasn't the case, what happen to communicating with the client regarding "work changes." Again, I wasn't going to share my experience, but, when trying to dispose of it, a rep from the City of WR said the bulk pick-up policy for toilets had changed in the last two years and that the "contractor" should have disposed of it as a courtesy or as apart of the cost. For $550, you damn right he should have!

So I said nope take it back out. That's highway robbery to never give a price before he put it in. So he took it back out he said he still had to charge me for the service charge so I paid him cash on the spot and he left. Now they're sending me a bill for close to $200 claiming that he did put brand new parts in and that I never paid. Scam robbery. Stay away.
