We are familiar with with shaved ice where we are from but tonight we wanted the very very thin ones which is snowballs. Italian ice to me is a thicker heavier shaved ice. I was taking pics and the owner Margie came out to see if we had any questions. I assume we looked confused as there was 2 different kinds of choices of shaved ice. She explained the difference and we did indeed make the right choice :) she was SO nice and friendly. When I'm telling you this, I'm not lieing. What a gem!!! She even let us try the Italian ice which was amazing as well. I even joked in a few years my son should get a job here ;) it's a laid back atmosphere with tables, bean bag game/cornhole.
