Ordered Doordash. The restaurant is 7 mins away, and the Dasher waited for over an hour. Actually, it was 2 Dashers, because one gave up after 20 mins. When the food finally arrived, it was not impressive. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no ketchup or mustard, and one with bacon. None of that was correct. Burgers were good, despite that. The XL fries were laughable. They came in a big drink cup that was about 2/3 full of a solid chunk of fries. Wings were decent, but at $18 for 10, not worth it. Not sure what the cost is without the DD upcharge. Onion fries were a tiny order, but tasted good. None of the sauces ordered were included. This was the first time we ever had Checkers, and probably the last time. At least from this location. Fast food, it was not. read more

I've gone to this location a few times and it's always been good, but today I went and it's clear this shift of crew members have given up. It was a steady line of drive-thru customers coming into the building after receiving their order because something was missing or wrong. There was a gentleman in front of us who left because no one acknowledged him and he'd been there 5-10 minutes waiting to place his order. We placed our order and it came out quickly (2-3 minutes). This is not my favorite Cook Out. I am a huge Cook Out fan. You get a lot of great food for next to nothing price wise. This one has been steadily rolling down hill for the past couple of months. It's always been hit or miss, but I never left regretting my decision until recently. The quesadillas didn't even have melted cheese, and the chicken tender in my chicken wrap was mostly breading. This is probably the nicest Cook Out I've ever been to. The inside was spotless and more modern-looking than any others I've seen. The decor was like all the others, with local college team pennants and signs everywhere (Mostly Game Cocks stuff). The food was nice and tasty! I got a Cook Out Tray with a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, 2 Chicken Quesadillas, and a side order of Fries ($1.19). I got a "Huge Tea" for the drink since I was traveling. The regular drink and the huge tea cost the same ($1.99) and I always put soda in the tea cup anyways. My meal + my fiance's was under $14 which is a great price when traveling! read more

This is the worst cookout I've ever been to. The employees were extremely rude and aggressive. They didn't give us part of our order and we tried going up to the door to tell them and they rudely gestured to us to get back in the drive through line. We went through the line and began to tell them that they forgot to give us part of our order wrong and was cut off in the middle of the sentence. They blamed it on us driving off but they told us they gave us everything the first time, which is the only reason we left. It took us over 30 minutes to get through the drive through just to get the other part of the order. Once they finally gave me the order they gave me fries instead of the cheese bites I ordered, so then we had to sit and wait even longer to get my cheese bites. We are usually very big fans of cookout, as it is very inexpensive with decent food. This Cook Out location however, is really bad! We ordered enough food for 6 people and almost all of our orders were wrong- either missing things, not double order of stuff, and really just awful looking food! My daughter had to send her chicken sandwich back entirely because it had globs of stuff on the chicken that we could not recognize. The staff also did not keep stuff stocked and we had to go ask numerous times for ketchup and drink lids. The only upside to our dining experience was at least they play Christian music! read more

This is probably the worst Cookout I have ever visited in terms of quality of food. Now this isn't my first time visiting this particular Cookout and I can understand there may be some off days when it comes to fast food. However, I can say over the past few visits, maybe 3, to this location I have been very disappointed. Usually it's just things like their French fries tasting a little old or not quite as good as the downtown location; however, today I'm more angry by what I received. In the picture this is the Cajun chicken tray. Usually it has a full chicken breast on it;however, you can see I have a chicken strip. Even when you order the chicken strip sandwich you get three...here, I have one. Needless to say, that's ridiculous. If it weren't for the pleasant attitudes the workers always have there, I wouldn't have even given this location two stars. I don't foresee me going back to this location anytime soon unless it's past 11 and everything else is closed. read more
