I just happened to be driving by today and saw two short lines in the drive-thru just before 5 o'clock traffic. It's open with drive-thru and takeout service only. The pickup window faces the Kraft Street side and the entrance for the drive-thru is on the 2nd Street side. It's a smaller location compared to the Sango Whataburger. Small parking lot on the corner. Our food was very hot and prepared accurately. The shake was thick... nice new flavor! Go try it, if it's not too cold out for ya just yet. I woke up to 30 degrees this morning, but it was 60 degrees just before sunset (according to my car while in the drive-thru). The sun makes it a little toasty inside the car, too. Hubby loved his double Whataburger with cheese. I tried the Patty Melt as it was free using the app & offer (with purchase of medium drink and fries). I liked the meatiness of it since it had two burger patties. Next time, I'll try it with extra cheese. It was a little greasy, but the bread was toasted well (dark). It got smashed at the bottom of the bag with the fries. Pic of it is when I got home half hour later. We all love their fries! Sorry, no pic of the fries. Haha.

My husband was hungry and wanted the Swiss burger. Hardee's is near my gym so I picked up that special burger and cashed in the 4 sandwiches or cheeseburgers for $6 deal as a quick takeout dinner after working out. I figured I could give the cheeseburgers to my hubcap to eat for lunch at work tomorrow. The petite and nice manager was very kind and helpful. She got me a $1 coupon for the Swiss burger after I told her I forgot to get the one at my house. According to her it was very popular. She helped me navigate the menu and told me how yummy the spicy chicken sandwich and cheeseburger was. They were at a low price deal too - 4 for $6. $1.50 each - yay. Like buying a cheap taco. Clean place. Great customer service. No lines. The food was surprisingly delicious too. I liked and ate one of the small cheeseburgers I ordered. It was the perfect meal after being in the gym for over 4 hours. Hardee's will definitely be a go to place for a cheap takeout dinner and lunch meals for the hubcap. I am glad it filled me up and I like a good yet cheap cheeseburger once in a blue moon.

The email I sent to Chipotle after my experience should explain the 1 star…read more I just had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life at your restaurant in Clarksville, TN. I ordered a SALAD and received a bowl without any lettuce in it! As if that alone wasn't frustrating enough, I found that it was nearly impossible to receive any customer service regarding the mistake. I tried calling the restaurant and found it's impossible to speak to an actual person. So I tried contacting support on the website and also found that I cannot actually chat to anyone or provide feedback because I ordered the food on DoorDash. I wasn't asking for a refund. I just wanted to provide feedback and have the problem fixed. At this point I decided to drive to the Chipotle location that made the order to see if I might be able to get some lettuce. At the location the manager on duty told me that he could not do anything with "that mess" because it was ordered on DoorDash. I also had pointed out to him that the item details printed on the lid stated specifically that lettuce was included in the salad. He told me that "he could read". Not once during the exchange was I apologized to for the mistake or offered any kind of solution. According to the manager the fact that I had ordered the food on DoorDash meant that I was completely out of luck and would not be getting the lettuce for my salad, or any kind of apology. It shouldn't be necessary but I'd like to point out that DoorDash doesn't make the food. Chipotle does. It was not the mistake of the delivery service, it was the mistake of the restaurant and accordingly I will continue to use DoorDash, who does have great customer service but I can guarantee I will not be eating at or ordering from Chipotle again. I have noticed that the quality of the meat has been declining and overall Chipotle is just not near as good as it used to be, but I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed this time, not by the quality of the food but by the lack of customer service and complete disregard of my customer experience simply due to how the food was ordered. If Chipotle doesn't want to treat DoorDash customers the same as they treat customer's who eat in the restaurant then it seems to me that maybe they should not contract with DoorDash at all. I am very disappointed with Chipotle and will no longer be a customer. I wanted to share my experience though because it should matter to the bottom line and the people in charge that customers who use DoorDash ARE STILL Chipotle CUSTOMERS. And if the experience they have is this awful then they will be losing customers as quickly as they are losing quality. Sincerely a dissatisfied former customer.

They've been open a few months now and yeesh, it's only gotten worse. The food is never fresh. Chips are stale and nearly rancid from old grease. The portion sizes are laughable. They have gotten our order wrong every time when we order for pick up, don't put all the kids items in their meal like the rice or the beans, we've never gotten the chips that come with their meals, and service is less than ideal. It's such a shame because we love Chipotle but this one is a huge miss.

I love that this place has a drive through!…read more My husband and I got chicken sandwiches with fries. He got the spicy chicken sandwich and I got the regular chicken sandwich. Their sauce is really good, it really makes the sandwich. The fries are also decently seasoned. But, fair warning: The portion for the sandwich and fries isn't so great when you're starving but the food is good! The first time my husband took me here, the service was excellent but we've been here 2-3 times since and the service hasn't been so great every other time we've been ): The last time we went, they made us park to wait for our food and we saw several cars behind us at the window get their food. We also saw several parked cars (at least 3) get their food before us although they've parked after us. My husband had to walk in and they so quickly grabbed our order and gave it to him. When I got the bag, the sandwiches weren't completely closed, the fries were extremely soggy & the bag looked like everything was just thrown in. I had to go inside and request for everything to be redone. My husband was so furious, he was so hungry and he didn't understand why we only ordered two sandwiches but waited as long as we did and saw people with bigger orders get taken care of. I couldn't argue with him. We understand people/places have off days and we're hoping that's all it was these last few times we went. I don't know when I'll go there again which saddens me because it's close by and it's some of the best chicken sandwich orders I've gotten at a fast food restaurant! The service is pulling me to give it a 3 but I really enjoy their food & wish I could give them a 4!
