There have been…read morea handful of times my daughter has had a fever and the office does a good job getting us in quickly. I have had good experiences with Dr Davis, however Dr V is the reason for my negative experience and bad review. My daughter is 14 months old about two months ago I took her in for a fever. She was checked out and told it was an upper respiratory infection, just take Tylenol. That night her temperature got to 103.6 with Tylenol and we took her to the ER where we found out she had a double ear infection. One day of antibiotics and she was better. Two weeks ago she had a fever again and I told them she recently had the ear infections, maybe it was that? Again we were told by this pediatrician that she had an upper respiratory infection after they examined her at 9am. By 1pm she was inconsolable so I took her to Cooks Children's Urgent Care where they confirmed she had a double ear infection AGAIN. I called the clinic to notify them, two weeks later they have never called me back. Needless to say we will be changing pediatricians.

Within minutes I could tell the lady at the front desk wasn't thrilled to be at work. The nurse that called us back and took my child's measurements couldn't have been more cold and stand offish. Zero eye contact, zero small talk, zero interaction with my child (the patient!). Dr Hiatt was the only light I saw in that building. She was great with my child and seemed genuinely happy to be seeing us. The next nurse was just as uninterested as the other two gals in the office. Parents already have stress around taking their children to the doctors, the last thing we want is to feel unwanted and like an inconvenience. Customer service is beyond important, especially in the pediatric world.

My first disappointing experience was when I called to schedule a sick appointment for my son. I was told they could not see him due to a $25 cancellation fee. I went ahead and paid the fee and decided to give the office another chance. After being a patient there for two years, I recently called to schedule appointments for my three children after they became sick. I was told they could not schedule all three of them because of a previous cancellation. That was very frustrating and disappointing. Looking back, I should have taken my business elsewhere after the first incident when they refused to see my sick child. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic due to the way the front office handles patients. It truly feels like they care more about money than the well-being of the children.

I was told she eats too much red meat and she also recommend CBD to calm her down. Edited: In response to the business owners reply. I am not sharing false information, that is what I understood was being recommended. I even repeated myself to the person at the front desk. I was never corrected. This shows that time was not taken into explaining what was being recommended and was a miscommunication on your part.

He has over 5 life threatening food allergies and is being treated by an allergist while more are being discovered and he is receiving treatment. My allergist was surprised our pediatrician didn't prescribe us an Epi pen even before what they said were unnecessary tests to get the referral. I never raised concerns about this oversight but I raised concerns to his doctor about a pause in his schedule since it's all immune related BUT I was shut down instantly and felt the very hard vaccine Push which led me to keep quiet after. (I was wanting to talk about recommendations regarding the CDC guidelines of immune compromised children and her thoughts for my child as an individual patient). They then dropped BOTH my children as patients after this however citing "philosophical differences". This practice feels very rigid and greedy to me. A different Dr at this office was rude before my child's circumcision at the hospital when I was alone without my husband or a nurse. He did not do a great job on the technical part and it led to issues with his skin down there but I felt our doctor kept covering for him. It made me lose some trust months ago. I'm very unhappy with this Keller office and it's just not for our family. I hope this office reads this review

We have seen several of the providers, but we have two in particular that are our favorites. This past winter my, at the time 5 month old baby, got very sick. I cannot say enough about the exemplary care that she received. It was the week of Christmas and the Dr. that was treating her gave us her cell and home numbers to keep informed of her symptoms and incase we had any concerns. We talked on Christmas Day! I was beyond impressed that she cared enough about my daughter to take the time to check on her. It ended up being a long road to recovery for her and they called frequently to check on her. I call the nurse's line anytime I have a question or concern. And they always get back to me quickly, and are very helpful. The only issue that I have, was also mentioned in another review. That is the reception staff can be standoffish sometimes. Also I'm glad we are familiar with how our benefits work because they get kind of confused sometimes about what to charge us. Overall, I love this place. They have been nothing but good to my kids, and we are very grateful for having a pediatricians office we trust.

I was advised that I could get it sooner than his four month appointment. when I called to schedule that appointment, the person on the phone was very rude saying what is the point of pushing this up? She was very unwilling and seemed upset that I wanted to schedule this shot appointment. After going back and forth with this lady I finally asked if she could just transfer me to someone who could help me schedule this appointment. She transferred me to the nurse and the nurse was very nice and explained that this woman wasn't familiar with the shot I was trying to schedule. IS THIS NOT HER JOB??? I understand not being familiar with something what I don't understand is being rude and short with somebody when it takes two seconds to say hold on while I figure this out for you .anyways it sucks to have been treated this way by the staff multiple times when I pay such good money for my son's insurance.
