In 20 minutes a provider called me after having a virtual visit with our kiddo. Had ordered some of the normal tests the nurse could do. CoVid, flu, strep ect. Then called me back a few minutes later and sent a prescription to the pharmacy and said I could pick her up. It was so convenient as I had already called our pediatrician and they were booked up even the next day. Thank you for this awesome service!

I took pictures in the exam room, as you can see the air duct is covered in mold and dust, the trash can was disgusting and the exam table is broken. I'm giving three stars because the check in staff was super friendly, and the provider was so attentive and kind. You can tell the staff really care, but management/owners are irresponsible for letting the building get so filthy.

Horrendous experience that I am going to back up with this extensive review…read more 1) The doctor we saw was rushing through the exam and scraped the inside of our infants ear during the ear evaluation and said "if you see a little blood later, it's not a big deal" 2) We use mouth tape for our daughter at night to correct her jaw alignment and address some gut issues, the doctor told my wife that was "mean" to do and doesn't work. 3) My daughter was wearing pig tail braids and the doctor tugged on them and said "girls wear pig tails so boys can pull them" - how weird is that to say to a 5 year old girl? 4) He refused to share with us a vaccine list to get our daughter caught up saying "I don't do that" Overall, this was just a prime example of a factory pediatrician facility with a hint of very weird comments to a young woman.

There have been…read morea handful of times my daughter has had a fever and the office does a good job getting us in quickly. I have had good experiences with Dr Davis, however Dr V is the reason for my negative experience and bad review. My daughter is 14 months old about two months ago I took her in for a fever. She was checked out and told it was an upper respiratory infection, just take Tylenol. That night her temperature got to 103.6 with Tylenol and we took her to the ER where we found out she had a double ear infection. One day of antibiotics and she was better. Two weeks ago she had a fever again and I told them she recently had the ear infections, maybe it was that? Again we were told by this pediatrician that she had an upper respiratory infection after they examined her at 9am. By 1pm she was inconsolable so I took her to Cooks Children's Urgent Care where they confirmed she had a double ear infection AGAIN. I called the clinic to notify them, two weeks later they have never called me back. Needless to say we will be changing pediatricians.

Within minutes I could tell the lady at the front desk wasn't thrilled to be at work. The nurse that called us back and took my child's measurements couldn't have been more cold and stand offish. Zero eye contact, zero small talk, zero interaction with my child (the patient!). Dr Hiatt was the only light I saw in that building. She was great with my child and seemed genuinely happy to be seeing us. The next nurse was just as uninterested as the other two gals in the office. Parents already have stress around taking their children to the doctors, the last thing we want is to feel unwanted and like an inconvenience. Customer service is beyond important, especially in the pediatric world.

This has always been the case since my very first appointment. Because I love this clinic and trust Dr. Hammonds and his staff explicitly, I pay out of pocket for my visits. Now that Dr Hammonds has retired from practice, I see Dr. Rangineni for my care and I'm thrilled that the quality of care I receive hasn't changed! Staff is always friendly, and I've gotten to know this awesome group of people very well ! I'm always able to make an appointment within a couple of days of calling, and have never been in the waiting room longer than 5 or 6 minutes before my name is called! When you have a connection with your doctor and nurses, it can make all the difference in your healthcare... Dr. Rangineni obviously shares Dr. Hammonds' philosophy regarding patient care, and I will continue to see Dr. Rangineni for all of my medical needs. The transition between doctors was seamless & easy, with quality of care uninterrupted. I have personally referred no less than 14 patients to this office and hopefully countless more with my many reviews over the years. The proof is in patient satisfaction and loyalty...so If you want personalized, quality care from knowledgeable physicians (and a staff dedicated to excellent service!) look no further! We will happily continue to go here as a family! We have been going here for four years and loved it. I had previously left a great review. But they have changed up the staff and when I called this week to get our son in they wouldn't take him unless we filled out new paperwork. I understand that but I couldn't take off work and was going to have mom take him in...I asked for them to send me the paperwork so I could fill it out and send with my mom. I would have printed it out online but that is not an option. Long story short they told me they wouldn't send it to me I had to come in in person and fill it out or they wouldn't see him. I ended up just using a pediatric urgent care in keller and needless to say Swe are now looking for a new family practice and will be taking our business elsewhere.
