Apparently if we were to sign, the previous homeowners wouldn't be charged cancellation fees (which I've heard are not cheap). FE Moran texted relentlessly and when asked for a brochure of services offered, I was sent a shiny marketing page that had no information about their services. Not a fan. The previous homeowners maintained the security service our first month in the house. The steam from our shower set off the fire alarm. We shut the alarm off within 30 seconds. Nevertheless FE Moran gives us a call. I asked to cancel the call to the fire dept but the woman said that due to "martial law" they can't do that. Martial law has nothing to do with alarm systems. Pressure sales tactics, little information on the services provided, and no knowledge of the laws governing their business. Solid 1 star.

Called and got a same-day appointment to have some ethernet cable run from our router to our living…read moreroom. They use CAT-6 cabling at a minimum which is a little more expensive. I would have appreciate the option to use CAT-5 to lower the cost but aside from that David was very profession and gave a very accurate estimate of the time and cost. He worked efficiently, cleaned up after the work was done, tested everything, and i've been satisfied with the work done. I will probably use them again in the future when I plan to install a ubiquiti network system.

Worked fast, talked through options as the mounting places weren't ideal, tested every run, and even installed my AP and camera for me (threw my back out and getting on ladders is aggravating atm). We recently bought a new home and called Technology Interiors to mount the TV's that we purchased…read morefrom their company. There were five TV's in total and they sent three people who were at our house from 9:30-1:45, with an hour break (so, under 4 hours). They did the job. Communication was nonexistent prior to leaving, aside from telling me that they needed to adjust the invoice, and when I asked if they had my email and phone number, the attitude started (eye roll and sigh, while flipping the papers to me and telling me that he "didn't have a pen, so he didn't know what to tell me." Additionally, when I asked about the theater system, he told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to figure it out myself. Not impressive. Then the bill for $2500 was sent to my email, which seemed a bit high. After writing a nice email simply asking why the cost was so high, this was the response (see below). Apparently, they are in a league of their own...but only in pricing, and not in courtesy or communication. I want to note that we purchased all but one TV from them and have had numerous appointments in between for help and they were always glad to attend to them (again, not the most personable people, but that I can live with). All of this I could stomach, and the recent bill I could live with, but the email below is the most arrogant, rude, condescending communication I have read in a long time. So no, Nate and Co. -- you aren't "trunk slammers" or other "lowly companies". My father was a "trunk slammer" and he had a Master's Degree, but loved working with his hands and was the most detail oriented, courteous person I've ever met. Then I will also remind you that you wrote this email to a Marine who is 100% disabled and REALLY knows what it is like to "slam trunks". I would only recommend this company to people who don't care about their finances -- not the "little people" who, despite their income level or status, pay attention to detailed billing. Oh, and Nate, I have duel Master's Degree, have run several successful businesses, and I still remember how to speak to my customers. They pay my bills and I actually appreciate their business. I am clearly not you.

The company who had our alarms and camera system was bought out by . I never signed a contract…read more guys. It was on a month-to-month basis. We sold the building and they claimed I signed a contract that I had to give them 30 days notice plus they would charge an additional 30 days after that billing cycle. When we canceled the contract, we were only one week into the billing cycle and they for that month plus an additional month. Pretty practices. Glad I'll never have to deal with them again.

I even had an issue with some of the contract language that the owner addressed personally. Dustin did a great job with the installation. Overall, our service has been great and their pricing was great compared to competitors.
