But this whole process of taking on a new home with all its 'stuff' is quite overwhelming. I had hired a plumbing company i had researched on YELP and took a chance. I'm so glad i did. Rick from Anderson's Drainworks is Fantastic! He was super patient with me and took the time to educate me. He was thorough and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and knew that I would always consider this plumbing company for future needs. I'm a very satisfied customer and will remain a loyal customer. Thank you, Rick !!! I was so freaked out about all the scary plumbing mysteries, and you reassured me. I really cannot thank you enough!

We have had exclusively positive experiences with Dragonetti; they were recommended by not only our…read morenext door neighbors, but also other locals as well. We previously used another plumber and had very mixed experiences so we wanted to try someone new and are overwhelmingly happy with our decision to do so. Across 2 diagnostic calls, 2 regular service calls, and 2 jobs for "new" work, Dragonetti has been consistent in their deliverables and the quality experience they brought with it. I have to give special recognition to both the office staff that handles scheduling and, in particular from the plumbing team, Nick (although his colleagues have always been equally professional). Nick is extremely easy to talk to, explains everything clearly, and does not "hide the ball" whatsoever. What he promises is what he delivers in both scope of work and pricing. A particular point of appreciate we have is Nick & his team's responsiveness between Facebook messages with the company to get in touch at off hours and promptly returned phone calls/texts (scheduling and ETA communication for appointments). A recent example, we experienced a (at the time) scary situation with our boiler very late on a Friday. Nobody else returned our call despite having answering services and promising a call back. We got a 2am acknowledgment and prompt follow up the next day (Saturday). Within an hour, Nick was at our house and spent an hour listening to our concerns and diagnosing the issue/coming up with a plan. He left with a follow up scheduled and came through as discussed without any bumps along the way. I really cannot stress enough how stress free communications have been with Dragonetti in all regards and I understand why they are so highly regarded locally. Moving forward, they will be our go to for plumbing issues because we know what to expect and do not have to worry about quality concerns on their work, all of which has held up without skipping a beat. Highly recommend.

I got his voice mail and left a message. He called me the next day, and I asked if he could replace a bathroom sink faucet and drain assembly. I already bought the faucet, so I needed a plumber to remove the old one and install the new one. Eventually, he followed up with me and was able to travel to my house one day after the initial call. Although I wasn't in a rush, it was still good fortune that Jim was available in a short amount of time. Jim came prepared to do the work with his tools, plumbing materials, and floor cover. I talked to him on and off for about 10-15 minutes about his background and my job request. Jim is a nice guy, with a laid back and down-to-earth personality. He explained the work he was doing without hesitation and shared his insights about my sink and bathroom set up. He was able to complete the job in under 2 hours and charged a very reasonable price for parts and labor. I definitely have Jim on my short list of contractors and hope to hire him again for more work later.
