They provided a quote and phone number to do the job from one of the plumbers who came out. It was an LLC. When I searched the phone number, it was linked to a plumber and a driving school! Needless to say, did not go with them. Now, the reason we are here... along came Peace of Mind plumbing. Mike arrived as promised, quoted the job, and provided a date to install, no fuss, no muss. The installation date came, and it was magic. From the delivery of a new boiler, the breakdown, the tow-away of the old unit, and the installation, everything was flawless and clean. We had a very slightly leaky tank toilet and a couple stuck cutoff valves, one of them being on the leaky toilet, meaning if I had to cut off the water to the toilet, I'd have to shut off the whole house. David came up, explained and showed me what he was going to do (explaining that there were two different ways of repairing the cutoff valves and, hopefully, he wouldn't have to do the more difficult one that involved soldering, etc. I mentioned that I had to go out but that I'd be back in about an hour and a half. 'Don't worry,' he said. 'I should be done by then.' He was and the work was done expertly. Hopefully I won't need a plumber in the near future, but guess who I'll call should I have an issue? They showed up day 1 with all the tools needed to inspect my main sewage line which continuously backed up even though it was snaked many times. Eric suggested we water jet the line to clean it properly, and then scope it. It was immediately clear i had tree roots in my main sewage line. A few days later Eric was there with his team to excavate and we found about 20' of old clay pipe which was cracked and had roots in it. That same day new PVC lines were laid and i was back in action. ZERO issues since, and i couldn't be happier. Eric was great from start to finish, and made sure i was comfortable with everything and made sure i learned exactly what was going on.
