5.0 star rating 11/4/2015 we needed 100 gallons of propane…read moreto reestablish service and inspection of an an empty tank. these guys came exactly as scheduled to deliver gas one day and inspect and repair in line the next. ive been in and around propane for 40 years, an ex hot air balloonist. I was totally pleased with these guys right across the board, im sticken with them. UPDATE - NOVEMBER 8.2016 I smelled propane around the tank, called the Taylorsville office. they sent a guy over the next day at a time when I told them I would be away from the house, he shut off the tank. They then called me back to say the entire underground leg of the propane line would need to be dug up and replaced, probably an all day job at $85/hour plus parts, and would I please call them back with measurements of the line distance. Faced with that $85/hour news, I took my own 78 year old ass out there to look for myself. When i turned the tank back on I found a pinhole sized leak at the point where the galvinized pipeline turned underground. It was hissing like a snake, a baby could have found it. A baby could have fixed it. I shut of the tank, unscrewed the galvinized fitting, took it to LACKEY PLUMBING in Taylorsville (a 5 star old line plumber). Lackeys replaced it with new fittings (total cost 8 bucks !!) and i replaced it, bubble tested it. Its good as new. ......Then I'll do it myself said the little red hen (old rooster). They were tee ing me up for hundreds.

Having to replace all my crawlspace duct work and my 2 Ton Heat Pump unit was too big for me to handle alone. Meeting KM's staff for the first time exceeded all expectations as they provided an honest and reliable recommendations and even assisted in a special request for a cold climate unit.
