Chuck grounded our pool back and installed a pool light in 2016/2017 and at that time we were pleased as everything SEEMED to be fine. First problem was that the outlet and power source were for indoors and so they all rusted pretty quickly. We had a hot tub put in and we had him take a look at the pool switch because it kept tripping. He immediately cut power to my pool light and told me he couldn't let me use it that it was tripping because it was not connected correctly and that it was not grounded causing the breaker to trip. I messaged and called chuck MULTIPLE times and never received an acknowledgement but since he already had my 1700 why bother calling back?! We finally got someone to come out today because with covid trying to get anyone out has been virtually impossible! They were completely shocked at how dangerously he had wired this lighting assembly. He had used the correct gauge wire and then spliced it with a much smaller wire that was not to code (wouldn't let me add pics here but they are on my other review I have left on google). He had also decided to share grounds which is not to NC code. We had a call from an inspector a while back asking about our experience so we were hoping to get help from them but have not heard back yet so we filed a formal complaint with the state board today and will be filing a civil suit since I am now out the rewiring of this light when I haven't been able to use it since it was installed! This man is a crook and is NOT worried about how his work could have killed multiple people. Had water gotten in to his spliced wires we would have been dead so in order to keep this from happening again I will make sure I tell every website and person I know NOT to use this company if they want something done right. Maybe I should call the IRS while I am at it? I'm sure he never claimed my 1700 in cash i paid. Hope that money was worth it because I plan to take this as far as it goes so enjoy that 1700 while you have it! read more

They gave me a very fair estimate immediately, and immediately set up a date a few days later to perform the work. On the date set for the projects to begin, Ronnie and Tim showed up ON TIME and were extremely polite and super professional. They listened closely to confirm what we needed done. They even gave excellent suggestions to improve what I suggested. They worked quickly and did a phenomenal job. Chuck came by during the job to make sure everything was going smoothly.
