Thanks to a referral from a wonderful friend, I got to join these classes where I feel very supported and encouraged to keep coming back. The coaches are ALL so fun to work with and I feel like it's a brief blip of my day that sets the pace for me and I appreciate the educational part of focusing more than just on weight loss, but the whole gamut of total wholistic body health. I was amazed at how much Marci who is the owner, explained to me my current body stats that I had not known about before (yes, even in addition to body fat percentage!). I'm no longer worried about the scale as I was before. I'm motivated by improving on transforming my whole lifestyle of health and fitness, and can't believe I look forward to getting up early in the morning to go work out (I am not a morning person!). I'm looking forward to seeing where my progress goes and will post an update once my challenge is completed. But so far so good. I'm going on my 4th week and so far so good!! I've driven by this place but never thought about it until I realized how bad I need to get my health better. I'm not good at a regular gym. I don't have what it takes to walk into a gym and motivate myself to work hard. Sure I can hop on a treadmill and do some weights but I never could bring myself to work out as hard as I do at fit body! The sessions are only 30 mins and they go by relatively quick however.... it's not easy! It makes you work and sweat and work some more. It makes me work harder than I could on my own. Plus it's nice to work out with people who are motivated as well. I also like that there's not a ton of people in each session either. The coach's are all very nice and welcoming! The class times are convenient as well. Even though it's hard and there are days that I'm extremely sore I love the way it makes me feel! It's a feeling I want to hold on to... This is the best boot camp I have attended. If you have ever engaged in boot camp style training, you have probably encountered coaches that do not possess the ability to truly motivate.
