The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging and focused on training in safe and effective ways to better each kid in their specific areas. Strength has increased so much with the small group training program, and this is the most consistent I've been in the gym since playing a college sport. Initially I was worried about cost, but an advisor told me, you can pay for your health now or you'll pay for it later in medical bills. It is worth the cost, they've helped me train around every injury and they really care about your well being.
