Service was excellent: First, Tia asked what I wanted, she measured me, and then she brought the perfect bra in terms of support and comfort! She was also very careful in suggesting only one bra at this time since my needs had changed from last time zI'd purchased one. She said: let's go in baby steps. The price may be higher than one would pay at Macy's, but I have worn the last two bras I purchased daily for over two years, and they are still in great condition. Went to Contours after finding them online. I was measured and fitted. Salesperson refused to tell me my cup size stating "the process of cup sizes is archaic." Hmmm, all the big companies and designers still use the A-B-C-D cup sizing. She won't tell you the size because she wants you to buy from her and only she knows your 'special size.' Came in to buy a bra for my wedding guest dress. The bra she recommended ended up being horrible as it was padded and threw off the contour of the dress. I needed something as thin and light as I could get. I walked out of the store with 4 bras (very hard sell) that cost me 450.00 The bras are unbearably uncomfortable. The bands are all too tight. The cup sizes on 3 of them are too small. They felt okay in the store, but they're so uncomfortable I can't wear them. They size the bras too tightly. Went to Kohls today to buy some bras. 2 stars because she was pleasant, but they've got quite the racquet going on. read more

It took me a few days to calm down from my experience. When I left the store I was in tears. That woman that fitted me was so rude, unprofessional an insensitive. Getting fitted for a bra is so humiliating to begin with. This woman manhandled me. I was explaining the problems I was having in my current bra, she physically took my arms an wrenched them down. They had so many cute things there that I would have bought but after that, I took the bras because I needed them but was tempted to not get anything. Hate leaving a bad/neutral review for a business I actually like but the lack of help and blow off I received via telephone from the lady working the phone when I called a few months ago warrants it. If I was the owner I'd be sorely upset at her employees lack of customer service and knowledge. When I purchased my last bra there a year ago I was impressed with the service I received from whom I believe was the owner or manager. Have loved the support of the bra style I purchased and I was told they marked the bra information down so next time they would know what I liked. They do not give you your bra size here and no information is on the bras tags. Since I live 2 hrs away in IL I wanted to see if they had this bra available and if so could I pay to ship a few to me. The lady kept blowing me off with "this isn't how we do things here and you''ll have to come in for another fitting." I again asked if she could just pull up my card and see if that bra style was available as would save me a drive. Again get the "it's been to long and you'll need to come in, we don't ship and the person who knows the computer isn't in today." I was fed up by then so said I'd call back and that she was not even trying to be helpful to me. My new impression from this employee is that Contour's doesn't want long distance customers as repeat clients. Bra's are not cheap here but they do offer great coverage that you will can't find with VS etc bras. Wish I could have had a helpful employee when I called vs what I received as not in any inclination to drive the 2 hours to give them my money after this experience. ----- Was back in Madison 3/25 for a vet appt and stopped by the shop as close by. I was happy with the service that day and purchased 2 bras. The fitting was better than the first time in that the band did not feel so tight. I would have purchased a few more bras but they only had 2 of the bras I wanted in my size. I'm 120lbs and prob a B cup so nothing out of the ordinary size wise. The fitter said she would order more in my size and call me when available. Giving 3 stars for my review as I do like the bras. Deducting 2 because of the terrible service I received on the phone and the limited availability of bras to purchase in the style I wanted when I was able to get to Madison to visit the store. I hate seeing the weird negative reviews for this store. They are incredibly inaccurate. I have gone in twice now in the past few months.the first visit was the first fitting of life. I can be an incredibly awkward person in this scenario but I felt welcomed and comforted. The bras I first got were practical and every day wear. I learned how to wear a bra properly and it really helped me take the pressure off of my shoulders and eased back pain that I get. So I went im again for something more fun. I wanted something sexier for tank tops and summer wear. The owner remembered me and got me multiple options. I took my mom withal well so she could also feel the glory of a correct fitting bra. Really glad the owner scared me out of the shop before I could spend any money. Had a very awkward exchange when I asked what my bra size would be during measuring (have previously been custom fit by a wizard, shout out to Iris Lingerie in NYC, with a similar method- measure, then the fitter brings many options, takes lots of time, finds the right fit- I was expecting to try a lot before finding the right thing (the NY fitter told me my tag size at the time and said I could shop with it any time but a custom fit bra would always be best-she was right.) I bought a few bras a year from her/have been stuck in sports bra type bras since moving to WI) At contours I communicated I needed a strapless in the neighborhood of violet or nude to match a dress for a wedding in 4 days. If she didn't have anything strapless, something violet or pink that would look ok if it ended up peeking out occasionally would be good, too. (I had seen a violet strapless online at cosabella/violet with straps in other brands but needed something fast and well fit). She told me strapless bras only come in nude or black- that's fine, I said I'd try nude. When I asked what my size would be (planning to try things on and if I couldn't find anything today, would have scoured department stores if I knew my current size, and come back to buy some good every day bras in the future. Love a well fit bra.) Right away the owner said I only wanted to know my size so I could shop somewhere else, and it was SO awkward. I was topless and she started putting on the first bra, the energy was REALLY uncomfortable. I said "nope nope nope, I'm good. I'm gonna leave." She gave a little yank on the strap and said "no just try it." CREEPY. I pushed the bra off and told her I didn't want it, she didn't have what I was looking for." She turned and left the dressing room and called out " I wish you well in love and life!" I was speechless. She didn't stick around when I left the room, but said something to another customer or employee about me not even taking 5 minutes. (HELLO! I don't want to be touched by you anymore). I would have just said "thanks" calmly and not returned had she been around when I exited. Buuuuut now I'll leave a Yelp and not return. Seeing the other reviews about no size tags, no return policy, I guess I'm not surprised how intense she was about me possibly buying somewhere else, and completely evasive about measuring and sizing. I'm a small business owner in the Madison area. When I don't have what someone is looking for, I refer them to the right place/help them out. I always find the same customers return to me for what I do have (and they trust that I care about them as much as my bottom line.) Truly would have come back to Contours again for something else, another time. Like I said, a well fit bra is what dreams are made of. Super creepy experience. I'm sure if you're looking for a bra without a time crunch and find something you love, this is a great place. I'm sure the owner doesn't want my business after that, all good by me. This place was a little strange. You can't view the bras. They are not on display. You go, they take your measurements and then start bringing out bras for you to try on. I went in looking for daily wear bras and a specific brand and was presented with many over the top bras and no bras from the brand I was looking for. Some of the bras brought in were close to 200. The most inexpensive was 90. If you're looking for a budget conscious option this isn't the place. I left with two bras and a pair of panties and my total was 290$. A very expensive affair. One bra I purchased is by the lady who is the primary fitter. It's her own line! Which is really cool. However after a few wears one of the hooks broke. Luckily there are two more hooks so I'll keep wearing it bc it really is a great bra. The other one I purchased was a "designer" bra and later I found it on clearance on line for 30% of what I paid. There are no size tags on any of the bras in this store and they will not tell you what size you are. I assume this is to keep the mystic of the fitting intact and so you can't look up a cheaper option while you're at the store. Everyone was very friendly-ish but the experience still felt slightly off. If you're like me and prefer a DYI approach when it comes to shopping this might not be the best option. But if you want to explore options you might not ever pick yourself and have a decent amount of money to spend this could be the place. No returns! Only exchanges and the fine print regarding exchanges is pretty explicit. They are pretty upfront about this which I appreciate. Just putting this out there for everyone else. read more

If I could rate this place a zero I also would. I booked an appointment my my minor daughter as it was recommended when I called and when we talked on the phone we requested only to try on unlined/unpadded bras and she said she had a good selection. When we arrived for our appointment we were greeted, but only after waiting over 5 minutes by the register as she was too buy chit chatting (not helping her apointments) and prolonged a 1 bra checkout to well over 5 minutes. She finally puts my daughter in a dressing room 10 minutes after the appointment start time. As the appointment was only for 30 minutes and we had started 10 minutes late I let her know that we only had 40-45 minutes allotted for this appointment. She instisted that 30 minutes was more than enough time. She proceeds to only measure my daughters band size and instead of measuring for a cup size, whether U.S. / U.K. or any other country she used her hand to "meausure" my daughters cup size size - no measuring tape was used. She must have a habit of going over appointment allottments all the time. Her last appointment was still there and her next appointment after us aready arrived too. She gave no dedicated time to our appointment. My daughter spent most of the time in the dressing room waiting for bras to be delivered that she wanted try on. She did not get to pick them out. We are not sure why an appointment was recommended at all. She only brought 1 unlined/unpadded bra to the fitting room and about 8 lined/padded bra. My daughter stated she did not want padded/lined bras and she stated back to my daughter that "she must have padded bras so she ages well" and refused her request for unpadded/unlined bras. After I went back to the dressing room after only seeing 1 item in 30 minutes, which did not work, I insisted that we are only tring on unpadded/unlined for this appointment. I then asked her to remove all of the padded bras from the dressing room as we are not interested and tried nicely handing them to her and she refused to take them from me. She then proceeded to tell me that she only had 1 unpadded/unlined option in the entire store. I told her that is not what she stated over the phone. We then asked to see the one unpadded bra in a larger band size as the band was too tight and she said that her bras did not come in different band sizes! We left after 50 minutes of being in the shop for a 30 minute appointment with nothing to show for it and only tried on 1 bra that was unpadded/unlined. She was late, rude and disrespectful of our time and needs, but really everyone in the shop at that time. He rude body language says it all. Do not waste your precious time at this place with her insulting demeanor and better than though atttide!! read more

My experiences at Contours have generally been fine, but my #1 complaint is the bizarre "custom sizing" they use instead of using the actual bra size. I understand that some customers may come in for a fitting and then try to buy the bras cheaper online, but it feels like they are trying to trick their clients so that you can only buy the bras directly from them. I got a couple great-fitting bras from my last visit, and then I removed the Contours tag to find the actual bra size so I could purchase additional colors elsewhere. If I want to get measured again, I will go somewhere else - I'm not going to support Contours if they continue the absurd "custom sizing" process. read more

I went to Contours last fall about a month before my wedding, seeking shapewear with an attached bra. From out of town, I was happy to run across this little private shop with parking. Right after I walked in and said what I wanted, the salesperson grabbed my bra straps through my clothes on the bra I was wearing, pulled them up forcefully, and said, "I can lift your Girls another 2 inches!" I was so stunned by this hands-on customer service technique that I had to see what Contours could offer me. I never really thought my bras fit me properly. They did not sell anything like shapewear. I moved on to regular bras, knowing I needed a fitting. I was measured, and told that the bra size I was wearing was way too big. I was wearing a 36 and was told I needed one comparable to a 32. I've not worn a 32 since my teens, so I didn't believe her. I was told that support was not from straps, cups, or underwire, but from the size around the chest. The sales person was in the room with me from the start, seeing me naked from the waist up, except to go get different bras. She showed me how to put one on, fall into the cups, etc. I learned a lot from the fitting. I was clear that I wanted plain, nude color, t-shirt bras. A number of times the salesperson instead brought in elaborate bras with a lot of lace, colors, designs, etc. that I turned down. She finally realized that I could not be swayed into buying them or trying them on, and brought a number of nude bras in. I walked out with: 2 nude bras of different styles, 1 workout bra for the gym, and 1 sexy lingerie piece. All were priced much higher than department store merchandise. On the negative side, which is why there are 3 stars: I am not fond of their sizing which does not correlate to standard bra sizing. This is an undisguised attempt to keep customers coming back. In addition, I really do not like the stick-on tags with the shop name stuck inside the bra. After less than 6 months, the edges of these labels are peeling and keep itching me and sticking into my skin. I am unable to get the tags off. I recommend to Contours that they stop this practice. I ended up buying the equivalent of a size 34 (not the 32 suggested) and am very glad I did. I've gained about 5 pounds since I was in the store, and all 3 bras now feel like torture, they are so tight, even in the last hook. I literally cannot wear them all day, and have to plan my daily wardrobe around whether or not I can stand to wear a certain bra for the occasion I am going to. I highly suggest that if you do go to Contours Lingerie, that you purchase bras that feel comfortable in the store and not bras that feel too tight. They are not going to get looser. read more

I knew I was in need of a place that had patience and sensitivity to my post mastectomy/reconstruction finding a new bra adventure that will help me feel like a women again. I was nervous, apprehensive and anxious but walked in Contours Lingerie and greeted with a warm welcome and invite to look around while I waited for my fitting turn. Once called back and instructed how the visit will go still nervous to bare my "new self" to a stranger. Tia was professional, empathetic, supportive and determined to make me feel comfortable in a bra again. That she did, it brought me to happy tears, to feel like I can wear my clothes again and feel feminine in them after my long breast cancer journey. Thank you is not enough to say how confident and energized I was leaving there wearing one of my new bras. I will definitely return and highly suggest for anyone who has been in a situation like mine!!! read more

I have a really difficult time finding bras in my size and it generally is a really unpleasant experience, but my visit to Contours was fabulous! I was fitted quickly and given like 15 different bras in my size to compare. I was able to find (and afford) 2 bras that fit me absolutely perfectly, and both had matching panties (the first time I have been able to find a bra that fits well that has matching panties). Even more exciting is that both bras are beautiful and not plain/old fashioned styles like I can usually rely on only having available. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and it was easy to feel comfortable. The only reason my review is not 5 stars is that I think the fitters/stylists could be better trained on which style of cup would produce the best fit. While the two bras I purchased absolutely fit me perfectly, there were several that were brought out (after determining size) that were not a good fit, with some styles leaving gaps and some causing me to spill over. Overall, an excellent experience and I will absolutely be back, and I would absolutely recommend this boutique lingerie shop. read more

Really between a two and three. I am an uncommon size and have never really owned a bra that fits properly. Last year I decided I needed to be an adult and invest in something that fits. Contours prides itself on being able to fit any body and they offer extremely personalized service. I stopped in on a whim one afternoon and they had space to accommodate me for a fitting. Contours doesn't keep bra stock out on their main floor, so I highly recommend scheduling a fitting ahead of time to ensure you can be seen. You can't just browse and find your own size; after chatting with one of their fitters and being measured you'll be brought an array of items to try on. On the day you go, wear the bra that fits you best/you like the most, and prepare to spend a lot of time topless with a stranger. The booths are private, but the associate stays with you as you try things on and helps make sure you a) know how to put on a bra properly [aka not clipping it in the front and wrenching it around to put the clasp in the back], and b) are on the right hooks and strap length. For me it was kind of being like being at the doctor - it's their profession so it wasn't weird being half naked, but I definitely wasn't expecting it, either. My main issue is having bra bands that roll - it's uncomfortable and looks terrible under clothes. I expressed that to my consultant and her response was that every bra does that and it's just something all women have to deal with. This sent up red flags for me and I should have listened to my instincts, but I continued with the fitting. After several different brands and styles, I found one that felt good in the changing room and seemed to fit well - no gaps or pinches. It was about twice what I typically pay at a department store, but I decided that if it was actually going to fit it was worth it. I added a few more styles I liked to a wish list that they can keep at the store for you, and made my purchase. Contours does have a unique return policy. This review is about a year overdue so it may have changed/I might be misremembering, but I believe returns are for store credit if unworn, and if worn they'll credit you 50% of what you paid toward the purchase of a new item. I'm not personally a huge fan of this, but I felt like it was clearly explained before I made my purchase. The policy is posted in the store, my consultant verbally said it, and when I checked out it was on my receipt and the person working the desk also asked if I understood the policy or had any questions. Now, why am I not a fan? Even though my purchase felt great in the store and great for about the first half hour I wore it later that week, the band rolled just like every other bra within an hour of putting it on. If I'm going to have the exact same issue as the bras I can find in a department store (and that I specifically brought up to my consultant in hopes of solving), I don't see the point in spending the extra dough. I hemmed and hawed about returning to try another bra, but I can't afford to keep buying style after style to see if they'll hold up. I guess I could try to hang around the store while wearing it for longer, but that seems like a weird thing to do. On a positive note, the bra did fit better overall, and if the band wouldn't have rolled I would have been extremely happy with my purchase. So, very long story short: if you don't have a lot of issues with bras this is a great place to find extended sizes and custom service; if you have major fit issues on a small budget think carefully before making a purchase since you won't be able to return or exchange for the amount you paid. read more

If I could rate this as a 0 I would. This place is HORRIBLE. I went to this store with my sister to help her find a bra for a wedding. The owner of this store was EXTREMELY rude and insulting. My sister has worked extremely hard to lose weight and has succeeded just to go into this store and have the owner tell her she shouldn't lose anymore weight because she is starting to get saggy and wrinkly. I watched every woman in the store walk out with a new bra on and she placed the bra they wore to the store in a bag. I finally figured out their game. She cuts the tag off and sends them home in the new bra just so the sale is final and the bra cannot be returned. They didnt have a strapless that would work for my sisters dress, but the owner told her to pay the $60ish dollars and have a seamstress cut it up to work. My sister did buy a bra that she was told would absolutely work with this dress. As she wore it home (because the lady cut the tags off and told her to wear it) my sister realized the bra hurt her ribs horribly and when she took it to the seamstress she figured out it wouldn't work. She called the dress shop and talked to the lady and after arguing with her for a while she was told to bring it back in and they would exchange it. When my sister went to exchange it, she tried explaining how the bra felt and the owner put her hand in my sisters face and said, "don't complain". Then she turned and walked away. She wouldnt even help my sister find a new bra or listen to how my sister felt. I am making all women aware of this. Do not spend your money at a business that will lie to you just to get you to buy a bra and then pull the scam of cutting tags off before you leave so you can't return it. I've been a customer here for a long time (maybe not since the shop's inception but pretty close). Every experience has been great (I've gone here for daily wear bras, sports bras and wedding dress lingerie) and as someone with an ample chest (36 JJ, yikes!), I feel SO lucky we have a place like this in our backyard! I felt compelled to review my visit today because it went the way I wish everything else went in my life on a regular basis: perfectly. I came in over lunch with a simple mission: Acquire at least one nude bra in the preferred style I love to death and a sports bra. Sports bras are admittedly hard to come by, it seems like the manufacturer's inventory is limited at any given point in the year, so I was not feeling entirely hopeful on that front. Anyway, the attendant swept me to the back, got me all measured (yes, they get handsy...I don't care because I want the perfect fit!), and brought me some options. Found exactly what I was looking for and then she brought me a few new things to try, I ended up getting a ton of new, well-fitting pieces to expand my wardrobe so my poor nude bras wouldn't take a daily beating. And yes, they even had the exact sports bra I needed! After giving me some advice on making sure my girls were tucked in properly, I checked out, ended up filing my punch card to get a free bra wash (which I recommend everyone uses for their nice bras: SOAK is the brand), and I got checked out in under 30 minutes with time to get lunch and walk back to work. Had I not wanted to try on all the new stuff, it would have been much faster. Yes, the bras are expensive. However, I've learned that my body is worth the investment. Having a properly fitting bra saves my back, shoulders and neck from major pain, not to mention all your clothes fit better with a proper bra! I come here 2-3x a year and do a decent stock-up, and liken it to maintainace on your car =}. In my time as a customer, I've bought a lot of bras (over 50 for sure, probably getting closer to the triple digits, ha ha) and yes, not all of them were winners after I wore them around for a while, but now I know what I like and the attendants help me find it. If you have no idea where to start, having all the different options is helpful and will ultimately help you figure out what you feel best in. I've worked with several attendants, including the owner, and they are all accurate, fun, body-positive folks that don't make me think twice about whipping off my top! I really don't think you can pay your fitter a higher compliment than that! She criticized me regarding my sensitivity to the scratching of the fabric. Why would I purchase an overpriced poorly made bra that was so uncomfortable? I was shocked at how she claimed the bra fit when I was extremely unhappy with the bra. When asking about a different size she disagreed and refused to get a different size. Big busted ladies of Southern Wisconsin: get thee to Contours! After living in the UK for 3 years, where finding bras for larger sizes is easy peasy (think standard selection in department stores as well a great chain specialty lingerie shop), I was stressed when I came back to Wisconsin. With an upcoming wedding, I was in need of a strapless, longline bra. Nothing crazy. Just standard special occasion underwear. Most gals wear such things under a bridal gown. I spent a week scouring Madison. All the department stores from JCPenney to Boston Store to Macys to Kohls. I checked Victoria's Secret, knowing it would be in vain (as their sizing is hilarious on a good day) and even the lingerie department of Lane Bryant as they stock a broad range of sizes. Very few carried special occasion bras, and none carried larger sizes. I tried David's Bridal. Nope.Then I did some Googling and learned of Contours. While I was away from Madison, some great new things definitely have happened, and Contours is one. Although I did have to wait a while for my personal fitting appointment (as the shop owner was with another client), the sales gal was super kind and offered us (I was shopping with the mother) water and a comfy place to sit. For a small boutique, they have a really great selection of bras and underwear in all shapes, sizes, and colors. And guess where they get most of their stock from? The UK! So, happily, my knowledge of my current bra size in UK terms made for a super easy try-on session. I walked away with a very expensive, but very perfect bra for my big day. Did I pay a little more in Contours than I might've online for the same garment? Yes. Was it worth it for the personal service and knowledge that I was supporting a local, independent business? ABSOLUTELY. I plan on going back here for other undie needs and will be sending anyone I know who mentions their need of big-busted bras! The service we got here the other week was beyond horrible. We took my teenage niece here to get her fitted because she is very large busted. After waiting around for almost an hour we were helped by a staff member. The staff member never introduced herself to us, she would allow my niece to try on a bra alone or be left alone with any merch. So when we asked what size she was we were told "the only bra that will fit her is made here in house" so we asked for some kind of starting point and were told they couldn't tell us anything. We were never even offered the chance to buy anything. I was told this was a great place to go, but after going will never go back or recommend this store to anyone. read more

I have been very disappointed with the three Tia Lyn bras that I purchased. As others have stated, I left the store wearing one of the bras and the tags were removed and when I had issues with the bra I was told nothing could be done because the tags had been removed. These Tia Lyn bras are very low quality. I have had to sew reinforcing seams because the straps were coming out of the bra itself. The ornamental tag fell off the first time I wore it. And I have 3 of these bras and the same issues with each one. Very poor customer service. On a bright note, I do love the sports bras that I purchased (not the Tia Lyn brand). read more

I went with the intent of finding lingerie to wear with my wedding gown. Sadly, I wasn't even acknowledged with a hello upon my entrance, and I was ignored the whole time I was in the store. I bought bridal lingerie and they were very clear about pointing out the store policy of returns only for store credit. I really liked the bras (finally something that fits!) so even if my long line bra does not go with my dress, I will probably keep it anyway because it looks amazing and is totally worth $140. They do a great job, sell expensive stuff that works, and know their stuff about holding up your girls. Just make sure you remember to check your inner "bridezilla" at the door and, you know, remember how to read? The return policy is posted on the walls all over the store. Maybe this is in response to the people who have complained below but it was very clear to me. Posted in all the fitting rooms as well. I kind of think a lot of "brides" these days think they are a little too important and assume they get what they want. A small shop like Contours isn't going to take your "maybes" back all the time or they would go out of business. They want you to leave with something you will love. read more

I tried this shop on recommendation from a friend. The younger consultant who fitted me was very kind and helpful. I found 3 bras that I thought fit great and walked out feeling over joyed because I don't think I've ever owned a bra that fit properly before. The next day I put my new bra on for work in the morning. 3 hours later it was hurting me so badly I could think of nothing but taking it off. I called the shop and explained the situation and the lady (I'm assuming the owner) told me to come on in and they would fix it. When I arrived I met the consultant who had originally fitted me and explained what was going on. She measured me again and put me in a smaller band size to help fix the problem. She brought a couple of different styles that might be more comfortable. She said this was very common with new customers- sometimes it takes a few tries before you find the right fit. She was reassuring and kind. I spent some time in the new bra to make sure it fit well, and let her know I like it. At that time, she told me she could only give me 50% credit for the first bra, and I would have to pay an additional amount to take the new bra. That would leave me paying OVER $120 FOR ONE BRA! I was visibly upset, and I wasn't sure what to do because I don't have that kind of money to spend. She said she would do the full refund for me, and she wrote out a store credit certificate because the new bra I took was cheaper than the first bra. I asked for my receipt back because I had purchased 2 other bras and a pair of panties and I need the receipt in case I decided to return those (not yet worn) bras. She said she had to keep it but went to make a copy. When she came back out the older lady (who I'm assuming is the owner) came with her and harassed me about returning the bra. She said they can't resell that bra because it's been worn and I'm making them lose money. She basically yelled and lectured me for a long time, making me feel like I did something wrong, trying to say that I need to understand from a business standpoint. Well, I do understand from a business standpoint. I understand that I had just spend nearly $300 as a customer in that shop on 3 bras and one pair of panties- and that I was very likely to come back the next time I was in need of a bra- but now I will never be going back. I understand that she lost a customer. I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and I could not believe that somebody would treat a customer the way she treated me. I am a customer service manager myself and if one of my employees treated a customer that way I would have no choice but to fire them- it's unacceptable. The consultant I worked with did an amazing job and has good customer service skills, and I hope she gets herself away from that place quickly. I would hire her in a heartbeat. After my experience I read some of the other reviews and found that I am not alone. It is true, also, they remove the size from the bras so you do not know your own size. This is in effort to ensure that you have to return there and cannot make purchases elsewhere online. The majority of stores do not carry larger cup sizes, so knowing your own size would enable you to purchase from the online shops. I wish I had not ever visited this store. read more

I had read a few negative reviews about the store but decided to check it out after a friend had good things to say. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by two people. One was clearly the owner and I immediately didn't like her attitude. She said she didn't have time to "make up fake reviews" when I mentioned I had read a few negative reviews. I was happy to have the other individual size me. The positives are they do appear to have a large selection based on the bras she brought me. But that's where the positives end. The negatives. I'm not convinced the bras fit me very well. I've been measured before and have always been told the area between the cups should sit flush on your chest. This lady said it doesn't have to. I feel like I'm spilling out a be but the employee told me to just tuck in my boobs a bit more. She also measured me to be a smaller cup than I'm currently wearing. I thought I would take a chance and paid a small fortune for three bras. Got home and did some comparison pricing online and found them MUCH cheaper on almost every site..generally around $25 cheaper. In the end it's my fault. I haven't worn them and I know their return policy, I can't return them. Won't be going back. read more
