I can only review the IR sauna so far so here goes: The saunas are private and spacious enough to lie down or sit up. You can control the heat and/or timer which is also very nice. There is chromotherapy (light therapy) inside the sauna and you can set it to whatever color you choose. Inside the room is a robe, socks, towels and bottles of water to keep you hydrated. There's not much more you can ask for.
