I said yes that I have family in the area, and confused, I asked if he wanted me to drop it off right then. He then continued to laugh at me on the phone and told me absolutely not. I left my phone number with him anyway to see when an appointment would be made for me and he called me today and promptly said "it's 3 hours of labor, so $300" meanwhile I have been quoted $150 by several other well known franchise companies. After stating that it would be $300, he then told me "I did research and your car is going to be a real pain in the ass to do. It is a lot of labor involved." I found the people on the phone to be quite rude and I felt as if he was speaking down to me almost as if I was belittled. Might I state, at the beginning of the phone call, I stated several times I did not want an appointment with them because I didn't want to do business with them after the first phone call. Then, when I said that once again after his very rude comment, he said okay and hung up the phone on me. I'm a very educated person and I honestly feel as if the people who answered the phone were quite sexist being that they laughed in my face like I was just another stupid person. I researched how the hitch needed to be installed on my car. I know the labor that needed to go into it. I did not need to be told by whatever child called me that my car was a pain in the ass. I absolutely would not recommend these people. If I could give them a half star I would.
