This is the first time I've used a home cleaning service. I booked a deep cleaning and two follow…read moreup appointments. I thought the value for the deep cleaning was time efficient and they did alright work. Sometimes you just need a clean slate, and they definitely got things into a good state. Edit: Actually - I had someone do a deep clean one time before, like several years ago. That's beside the point. That's where the praise stops, though. Unfortunately, the toilette was clogged after the cleaning. After the second cleaning, the bathroom in my other toilette was clogged. I felt kind of rude asking about the first so I decided to refrain asking about the second. We use a bidet and no one is stuffing loads of toilette paper down the drain. Plus, during the first incident no one had used the toilette in that bathroom. I am nearly positive they put paper or chemicals in the toilette. The follow up cleaning jobs were really just supposed to be maintenance (floor mopping, wiping down bathroom surfaces). Both instances my entire house was reorganized more or less. All of my recycling and compost were dumped in the garbage. It is absolute chaos. I lost of prescription medication planner for a week (it was sitting in plain site and later found wedged behind a coffee maker). Both times dirty gloves and rags were draped over clean knifes in my kitchen. Both times I've had to thoroughly wash the knifes and knife block. The dishwasher was filled with additional dishes (packed over the full capacity) and just left in place. No idea what was actually clean. The sink itself was emptied of dishes queued to be washed, but not actually cleaned? It made no sense. I figured they would be moving things out of the way if you need to wipe down a surface, or pushing things to the side. However it went further than that. I still can't find my most frequently used cutting board. I am sure it will appear in some random cupboard. I am fully capable of cleaning my own home, and to a higher standard of quality. The entire point is that I'm only one person with limited time to do so. I suppose I'll just need to make that time more of a priority. Of course things are cleaner, but over 2.5 or so hours with two people I just expected things to be more thorough. Not a huge deal at fave value but this is all sort of compounding to be frank. In short, weird as hell experience, confused by the results. Don't recommend.

This firm could not have cared less or been more unhelpful. They were constantly rude and condescending in emails and when you matched their attitude they cried victim. They are massively disrespectful and think you should just take their attitude and smile. They don't answer questions and on the off chance they do are very rude. Just all around rude nasty people. I don't think they know tax law either. Probably why they don't like answering questions because they don't know the answer and if they are rude enough hope you don't notice they don't know.

I went here because I needed help and told him times were tight and I needed to get caught up on a few years, but there was very little paperwork involved.. Mr dennis told me he would help me and was initially very kind, inviting me in his office. My ex girlfriend had worked there for years and she referred me. She was hoping they would help me but I later found out they mistreated her as well (while pregnant) He gave me a very reasonable quote for getting me caught up .. I explained that I had 2 uncles die of covid and we were struggling to raise money for our family. I was later informed by a secretary that I owed a large sum and it was only going to cover one year (for which there was going to be no return because it was so late.. ) It was very upsetting and I told her to tear it up and that I would have to bring my business elsewhere I would have never agreed to $2000 dollars for what would have amounted to a half hour of paper work She called me unethical and said they would do the one year for free (in a very condescending tone). She said and I quote, "we will tear up your check and to consider this one year of a return a gift from us" The disagreement was upsetting but I was relieved and grateful at the same time. I later got a bill in the mail My friend later told me that after giving these folks blood sweat and tears they pulled a similar stunt on her. I guess this is how the rich stay rich. The guy has a shiny 120 thousand dollar car out front in a very working class neighborhood where many of us are struggling to get through these hard times. I don't understand why they wouldn't have just sent me somewhere else. They offer to do the one year free, then send me a bill after all .

To everyone who's looking to revamp or even completely overhaul & reposition their professional resume, New England Resumes will delight you in more ways than one. They bring fresh eyes to your career story, unique perspectives for crafting a compelling message and wisdom of experience at having worked with diverse clients! While Mir is outstanding, of course, - my (particularly complicated) project was primarily worked on by the lovely Betsy Taube. My previous resume was too tightly packed-in, screaming hard to tell my brilliant story...that it not only left others overwhelmed, it left me somewhat confused as to how to best represent my myriad skills, expertise & my future projects. After a comprehensive phone call & detailed to/fro on my resume (and LinkedIn Profile), I knew this collaboration was going to be very powerful & productive as Betsy is somewhat of a "Resume Therapist" or a "Career Storytelling Magician" - she unpacked various parts of my past assignments to help make coherent sense & she found a logical string that brought key themes together in a very easy, readable way! I shared my final resume & LinkedIn profile with close friends and select former coworkers & supervisors for feedback - and every single one of them loved it. It was like wearing a beautiful new dress & feeling clear and confident about my career path, all over again. Thank you Team New England Resumes.

I was very embarrassed about the situation but Patrick made me feel like I wasn't a bad person and these things just happen. For an attorney his bed side manner was execellent and I felt like he really cared about me and the outcome of my case. He spoke to me many times on the phone to remind me that these things happen and he was confident he could get the charges dropped due to his knowledge of the Boston legal system and his relationships with the county procurators. I asked a ton of question and Patrick was very nice and answered them in a way that made me feel like everything was under control. He's not one to brag but he knows the Boston legal system very well and is a well respected member of the of the court, and well liked by the judges and procurators. He got me a very fair judgement and came back multiple times to my defense and never asked for incremental fees. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Makes a district case transfer to Supior so he can ask for money every time he is supposed to show up. He was there a couple times to make sure that the case was going to be delayed as many times as he could possibly get it delayed. If one day is good for one its not for him. Then he was actually FIRED by me. He saw me go up the stairs to talk to another person I knew in dedham, so I could ask him what I do now that I just fired my Attorney. And Donovan was on the phone with my father trying to get him to mail another check! Is that legal? Nope! And it is/was recorded. So, when my father asked for some of his money back since Patrick really did more damage than anything good, Patrick sent him a piece of paper with fake fees and dates on it and he charged for the "free consult". This was 2011/2012. The way my father found him was online where it stated "FREE CONSULTATION". He charged more for the things he did and made happen. He is 5 star at getting all the money he can, and i can't see how he would ever get to trial. He was at court 3 times. And kept it in pre-trial. I fired him for shouting in the middle of the 2 courts, outside; you blah blah blah. And the blah was him saying I did what I was being accused of by a mentally ill person that I had a restraining order on. It was a lawyers dream case. The plaintiff plead the 5th. Lol. Yet he did that, and called to try to get more money before I got home but I called my father right when I got to my car. And he was trying to inbezzle another 5 digit check from the perosn that wanted me to have an attorney. But in the end my court appointed Dedham Attorney did all it took to get it dropped. It never even went to court. So I should have gone to the board and sued. But the statute of limitations was up by the time the mess PATRICK caused me, calmed. And he never sent a penny back. Money is all he is actually going to put any effort in. How to get certain personalities to do everything to save themselves. When they are being made to fear, so they will give this embezzlor more money and more money. Even after he is fired and no longer my Attorney. He wants to be paid for being fired? If this wasn't so traumatic for me, I would not be still reviewing so nobody else has to go through what I have with this clown. And no money sent back. Just asked for more! I will always review until Karma has done its job. And it will. Bye now Pat. You should pay me back since you did charge for a free consult and you did get fired and try to get another check in your pocket before I could talk to my father. FYI: you can't ask for more money after you are FIRED!! I have no reason to lie, i have every reason to spend my time doing anything but this. Therefore it must have been worse than words can explain. Also there is karma in saying things about someone after 12 years. I try to leave a review on Pat D. Every year. Till 2026.

The other paying clients she offered to match me with lived really far away, were clearly much older than me, or didn't have matching interests. I met three guys. The first date was truly traumatic; the second guy lacked communication skills; and the third guy was a widower of nearly three years who had been dating for the better part of a year. We dated for four months, until it became obvious he was still deeply grieving for his late wife and completely unavailable as a longterm partner. He also lacked effective communication skills, much like Guy #2. Buyer beware! Susie's database is full of duds, and in my experience these men don't seem to be looking for a serious relationship. I came out with nothing in return for my investment except disappointment, angst, and a major questioning of whether looking for a relationship is even worth it. Susie will certainly respond to this negative review, act empathetic, and make excuses, but this was a huge waste of my money, and the service was subpar. I don't feel the way Susie finds her male candidates was transparently conveyed to me during our initial information session. I was under the impression that I'd be matched with guys who were paying customers, but I don't think there are many of those in her database. Susie says the men from LinkedIn are fully vetted, but two of the guys she sent to me didn't have business to be in a matchmaking database. The first guy was Tinder quality; the second needs intensive therapy before seeking out another partner, but he isn't even self-aware enough to admit it! ‍ This was a huge disappointment. Worse than I ever imagined. Just don't do it. I thought it would be nice to use a small, personalized service; I should've gone with one of the bigger firms.
