Not only did you ruin my shirt over a month ago but I have been to the location on four occasions and each time have been told I need to talk to the manager. I come back the days you say the manager will be there and the manager is not there. I have left my name and number, reached out to the owners via LinkedIn and crickets. Perhaps my small claims action will get someone's attention. It was a mere $50. Now you have lost a loyal customer. Terrible way to do business in my opinion. read more

I have been going to this dry cleaner since i moved to north phoenix 12 years ago. It use to be great but then ownership changed within the last few years. The new owner lacks integrity, customer service skills, and blamed me for an issue related to a pair of pants that was ruined by them. Over the last two years i was Very forgiving when i received somebody else's items and came back once they called, when they lost a pair of my suit pants, and the stain. I asked for the pants they ruined back or just a piece or the fabric and they refused to give it to me (it was a recent gifts from my mom who died) - I'm pretty sure they fixed the pants and sold them. Told me it's business and I filed a claim. I actually didn't and just wanted to pants fixed. I never filled out paperwork -etc. Last summer the poor workers worked weeks without ac. - the owner was never in there. The workers are great but the owner is terrible. Go somewhere else! So many other small shops to support who care. read more

I needed a few items to be dry cleaned so I just went to the closest place, and I'm so glad I went to this place. The service was great, there was a young lady at the counter who helped me out and answered all my questions, and when I went to go pick up my clothes they came back perfect. Two customers arrived at 4:50 pm a few days ago, myself as one customer, 10 minutes before closing and the owner had the place already shut down. I had made a special trip and the other woman drove out of her way to drop off her dry cleaning for work. The owner was rude and refused to take our items. She said it's hard to balance work and family and she had to go. She should find a work at home job if that's her issue. Very rude to good customers. Need to find another cleaners. A month ago they gave me my nicely dry-cleaned placemat from Crate and Barrel and called me three times the next day asking me to return it, saying it was another customers. As a good customer, I brought it back and they tried to give me an old, greatly stained placemat that wasn't mine. They said it was mine! So rude. Still waiting for my credit. The owners of this business have zero customer service skills. First sent my comforter to be cleaned. When I went to pick it up she drug it across the floor (it's white) and dirtied it so bad it had to be cleaned again. Finally after 20 days picked it up and it was now stained, permanently. Took a brand new jump suite in January to be cleaned. Same thing went to pick it up and she drug it across the floor turning the bottom of the legs black, (white jumpsuit). Not only that but they had completely bleed the stripes and washed out all the colors. The seems were separated and ripped. I was told the the owner would call me and fix it or refund my money... literally have never ever heard from her. It's still hanging in the shop. I can see it when I go in. Took a dress 2 weeks ago. Went to pick it up last week and the entire bodice was snagged and threads were pulled all over. Is there ZERO quality control?? The woman working called the owner right in front of me. Left a very firm message stating how upset I was and how I still have not heard from them regarding my jumpsuit... This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Never taking my stuff there again and we have a TON of dry cleaning every month. Owners need to step up. read more

When the door says its open until 7pm and its closed for the night at 6:50...there is a problem. When I come in at 6:47 and you don't say hello and act upset I'm picking up dry cleaning...there is a problem. Solve it management/owners. read more

susan 01/23/2012 I have been going to this cleaners for a few years and I got to say I am impressed with the changes. The new lady is very helpful and upbeat not saying the other lady wasnt but she seemed to be bothered most of the time. My clothes seem to be taken care of better, she puts labels on all the clothes so I get them cleaned and pressed the way I like them. I hope it continues I have sent my family and friends here not only are the prices good but the friendly service cant be beat. read more

Don't use this dry cleaner!! I took in 6 garments for cleaning. 4 ties, a pair of pants and a sports jacket. Of the six garments only one was cleaned satisfactorily. One tie had spots that were not removed. Two ties came back wrinkled. The pants had a double crease and the sports jacket was wrinkled. The young clerk was totally uncooperative. I gave up on them and I am going to take my garments to another cleaners who can do the job properly. I wouldn't take my dirty socks to this place. read more
