We needed to upgrade out wiring to support the amperage, run new lines for the larger amperage and install a junction box near the heat pump. Once installed, we needed our pool installer to finish the install but they gave us the run around with who was supposed to install the last connection. When I called back to get some advice, Yuri was extremely helpful. He offered to come back and complete the install and was able to squeeze us into his schedule. They sent out an electrician who replaced the upstream GFCI outlet, a quick job at a fair price ($140). Two other companies wanted me to pay ~$60 just for an "electrical safety inspection" (where they go around your house and look for old electrical to replace) before providing a quote. I just wanted someone to fix the outlets. I would highly recommend Carroll's if you want an actual electrician to come and fix your problem rather than a sales person.
