Prior to moving, I had used Kelly's almost exclusively for all my landscaping needs! The previous weekend, I visited my daughter's gravesite. This past winter had wreaked havoc on it and the bushes had grown out over the years - past 8 feet tall now. Coincidently, the same bushes that Don had planted for me more than 20 years prior. I contacted Don on a Thursday; he immediately surveyed the job and offered me 2 alternatives: trimming the existing or replacing with new. I opted for replacement. He ordered the new shrubs, received them, and masterfully completed the plantings all by Tuesday! And for less than he quoted me!
