They weren't the cheapest, or most expensive. Carlos resonated as true mam of his word and someone to commit to. Best decision we made was to go with Fredy's! Carlos is an incredible foreman and professional representative of Fredy's. We had significant amount of tree removal/prune/stump grinding work to be done and he (and team) was not only thorough, but he and his crew were above and beyond with completing contract and also taking care of other pruning they noted while working. The pride Carlos and his crew had for high quality workmanship is unparalleled. Highly suggest you contact this crew to take care of your trees. Our property never looked so good! From the moment they rolled up (8am) til they left (6pm) they were above and beyond. Extremely professional, always reachable and very reasonable! Incredible crew.

Last year they came and did a nice job. BUT, this year despite them sending us a "Dear Valued…read morecustomer" letter, they totally blew us off. We called once a week for 3 weeks and we're told someone would get back to us "shortly". No one called back until week 4 and when she called she told us they would be out the following afternoon. No one came and they didn't call to say they couldn't make it. So they called again today and said they would be out at 10:00 today. They never showed, so I called back and was told he couldn't make it today, but maybe next week. I told them not to bother. They are way too unreliable, not to mention rude and unprofessional. It's sad because the crew does a nice job, but the owners seem to be the unreliable ones.
