It also had no weird chemical smells (which I've experienced in the past at other facilities). As for the staff, from the moment I called to inquire, Cheryl was so kind and helpful in securing my reservation. Upon my arrival, both Cheryl and Ed bent over backwards to help me with my Pods delivery and unloading. I couldn't have done this without them! :) For those complaining about a rate increase over time, that's normal, unfortunately... try storing at the big corporate storage facilities... every 3-6 months those ones raise the rates astronomically. :/

One thing to know for anyone looking for a storage unit here; don't get too used to that initial…read morerental charge when you first sign up for a unit. You can set your calendar to the FACT that every 6 months on the nose you will get a notice in the mail telling you that "Due to rising property cost, we need to raise our monthly rates." Every six months. And these aren't just $5 or $10 adjustments. My notice received today shows a $35 rental increase starting June 1. I have been a customer here for several years and watched these incremental changes add up to costs nearing 3x what my original rental contract was for. What's even more frustrating is getting these constant increases in rental charges but then going onto their website and noting that you can rent a new unit with the exact same dimensions and locations as the one you are currently in for substantially less. This company does nothing to support loyal customers, just expects them to keep taking the rental increases and not complain. This all being said, the local manager is terrific. The only reason I have stayed is because of how helpful he has been, but that loyalty only appears to go one way as the company doesn't care one bit about their long term customers. EDIT to add since no replies are allowed. The comment by the store below is FALSE. I have been a customer much longer than this. When the business states that I have only had one rent increase, they mean on THIS unit. I was forced to clear out of a unit I had for several years as the cost had risen to nearly $300/month. This company is absolutely horrible at customer service, and their below reply proves it. If they cared, they would actually reach out to me to discuss.
