I was told for $1,700 they would build me a new and better website , and for $99. a month after that they would maintain the site, blog etc, I realized three months later when all they had done was rewrite a few paragraphs on my front page that they were already charging me $99. a month, when I asked about this they assured me since I complained that I would never have a site etc. I never got anything out of them . I wasn't looking for a new site I was trying to fix a little issue on Wordpress when I contacted them for help. They made the hard sell about consumers .. I'm out $2,000 and nothing to show for it..,, they said I misunderstood they could charge me the $99. until forever weather they built a site or not.., that's insane .., no business person would ever agree to that., especially to an unknown co with horrible reviews. They sounded very promising in their initial sales pitch. But when I spoke to their advisor, all he wanted to do was sell me more products and services, not how to fix my problems. A month later, another representative called to show me what they were doing. He used a screen share. There was nothing on his screen that I couldn't do. But they don't let me access their system so I could upgrade/input the necessary information. And he only touched on one point even though his screen share showed a half dozen areas that could be filled in to improve my web presence. All in all, it was a total waste of $500. read more

I have been working with Consumrbuzz for 7 months and all I wanted was for them to update my website and make it look more professional. Time after time I would have to send emails to tell them to fix the errors they made. I don't hear back of a couple weeks and more mistakes are made and the ones I asked to be fixed still were not done. It took 5 emails asking to change the color of a particular font and they were changing everything but what I asked for. I felt like they were just stringing me along to keep the payments going. The person who was suppose to "handle" the Google portion would call every 3 weeks then silence. When she did call, all she did was tell me what I already knew, just read what I could read and did nothing else. I gave them my personal cc as a 1 time payment and told them it was only authorized for a one time use. They would charge that card instead of the business cc card several times. I called to have them fix the payment because I did not authorize it and a couple times they did but the last time they said they could not do that. When I told them I wanted to end this program on the 28th of the month they said because I was thinking about earlier in the month they would end it on the 3rd, right after they charged me for another month. The team at this business has been very nice. Mr. Juan Diaz has been absolutely superb. Sometimes mistakes happen and Mr. Diaz is always happy to fix it. Horrible company. They do no work at all on your Google business. I sent over 200 photos and not one got put on there. They bounce you around to different account managers. The guy that contacts you and sells the idea on you, you will never hear from him again. They will try to sell up a new website. If you don't buy the $4000 website they will highjack your website. When I clicked on my Google business and my website it was a Germans women's clothing site. It took me a month to fix all of that and they did not help do it. I fired them after a month. There is no way I would ever recommend this company. If you value your company RUN or better yet just hang up and don't let them even get the sales pitch off. The last call I had with their senior analyst, Cole Stout, he expressed that he was upset that I wasted his time for saying we are declining their services again. I was receiving multiple calls a day from fake local numbers and asked to be removed countless times, but the calls kept coming. These guys cold called me to sell me advertising SEO or other services....there appointment setter said they were Google! The sales guy didn't even have the name of my company correct. Then got all insulting "do you even know what a google business profile is?" "well I can't find you" "Oh I have the wrong name" Really folks if these guys call you tell them to take a hike.= They did not do any research, didn't know even what state I am in, got all condescending...a real jerk in all honesty. Very disappointed in consumer buzz, I received a call from them - a guy named Ryan - said for $800 he'd promote my business and I would easily be found on all platforms, I said I needed to think on it he then came down to $299 but if I didn't say yes at that very moment there would be no deal (I also had to agree to a $169 a month maintenance fee) with the first month waived, I was weak and said yes. Four months went by, my business was never put on any sights, I was charged every month (never did get the first month free,) I left several messages to cancel with them, no one ever returned my calls and I had to cancel my charge card in order to stop them from billing me. But if you get a call from them wanting to promote your business, hang up and save yourself the headache. read more

I have been spammed for months. I finally took the "15-min" appointment so that I could get off their list. I spoke to Anthony. I politely listened to his presentation and then kindly turned down his offer, to which he then had the audacity to try and insult and strong-arm a sale. I then asked him again to remove from his list. He then stated I was the one who asked for this appointment. He started to get pushy. I kindly asked him again to remove me from the list and I ended to call. I did notice he was recording the conversation and was having it auto-transcribed. Funny, I don't recall authorizing or consenting to being recorded.... I will look into my legal options... Needless to say, this company was not represented well by ANTHONY. I hadn't checked my accoun t for a few months and noticed that they have beencharging me for well over a year. They stole several thousand dollars from me. I never trust sneaky or deceptive individuals that use caller ID spoofing. Randy did just that to see what information he could get from me. By doing this with the intention to deceive is considered illegal and can be punishable by law. I did ask them not to call and they illegally continued to do so. I was told that Randy from Consumer Buzz wanted to set up a appointment to talk on the phone. After months of unwanted calls from telemarketers we discovered you have to say you are "the owner" or they will hang up and call back on a daily basis. He offered a discounted website development service, citing our ongoing SEO contract. Under pressure, we signed an additional agreement consolidating both services into a one-year contract. Immediately after signing, our business phone was spoofed, resulting in numerous return calls and texts from individuals mistakenly believing we had contacted them. My husband contacted AT&T, which confirmed the spoofing. Further research revealed numerous complaints against Consumr Buzz on platforms such as the Better Business Bureau, detailing fraudulent practices, unauthorized billing, and website hijacking. In response, I canceled all associated credit cards and contacted our website provider to prevent further losses. read more

I signed up with them and was promised all of these amazing results to which I have not seen a single one. Communication has been awful and their so-called check-ins were essentially a waste of time. I Emailed to cancel my subscription due to lack of results and I had someone call me to try to keep me on board. They said they could reduce the price to $99, but if I chose to cancel, everything they had done would be deleted. So, after spending over $1000 with them, if I chose to cancel it was like the work never happened. I have emailed many times and left voice messages many times asking someone to contact me to get this straightened around and still have not heard back. if you read through reviews there are TONS saying the same thing!! After today if I do not hear back, I will be filing fraudulent charges. Months ago Consumer buzz called and had a great speech about how they were going to make all my business related info the web match so major search engines would rank me better. I would take a few months though. So I call 2 mo ago and asked for an update. I was told a member would call me back. No call. I was reminded again by the cc charge so called again. I know, I'm supposed to just sit at the computer and monitor my card but I have a life. So I called in again and asked for a reconciliation of what has been done. I was told they are waiting on me for something. Now they are waiting. 2 months ago they were not waiting when I talked to them but now they are. Consumer buzz said they called. So when I didn't answer they just continued to charge my card and doing nothing. Don't worry they could get the needed info now and start providing the service I've been paying for months. I don't think Consumer buzz needed the info from me very much only reaching out to me once and no message. This seems like a scammy, crooked, lying, stealing, fraudulent company to me.
