She also came in a resident only entrance - after me specifically telling her where main entrance was (text screen shot attached)- as if to bypass our security guard which also would have to ask for her ID. She offered me my hundred dollars back to remove my review (screen shot also attached). Her offering me $100 too remove review and no mention of her lack of cleaning job in text, only here. Photos of her cleaning job (or lack there of) was done after she left Any worker who comes into your home to do any work should have ID, licensed, insured etc. she has none of this! Even though they have another amazon local out it was obvious they did not want to do the service at the agreed upon price and suggested in one email that because my house was too large to get a refund and go to their website and purchase directly from them. I replied that we could discuss what I wanted cleaned if they would call but they never did. They just rescheduled again and then cancelled again. Wouldn't use them!

Recently, I hired A&RC to clean my father n laws condo that he just purchased. I requested a deep cleaning including inside cabinets (that were empty), inside fridge and oven, as well as under furniture before my father moved in his belongings. I was quoted a much higher quote than what I pay for my house that is over twice the size than the condo but because of the thorough cleaning I understood. The cleaning was subpar- the cabinets were not cleaned, the fridge, oven and microwave left untouched and under the furniture was disgusting. I called and was offered to have another crew to come out and i agreed giving out a few dates I would be available but Gary never responded back to me confirming a day and time. Very disappointed considering this was a one off from my previous experience with A&RC and I had hope for a redemption. We spent a lot of money for not much of a cleaning.

The company told me that will bring the products and that I have to provide them only this paper towels and garbage bags. We are only 2 grown ups, no pets, and very clean. They came yesterday morning and the 2 ladies were nice and clean and left and everything looked good. This morning I walked bare foot (like every morning) from the closet to the shower. When turned on the water, I noticed that on the floor there were black spots as my feet were very dirty. After my granchildren left today I decided to send the robot to map the floor. I change the robot's pad after cleans every room in my house. i have never seen the pads so dirty as today. I ended up cleaning the bathrooms and the counters again today even though that I paid for that yesterday. I don't know if the towels that they used (my husband that was at the house at that time told that they didn't use a lot of paper towel so I ssume that they used cloth towels) were dirty or never changed the water between rooms....I really don't know how this happened.
