I had to ask multiple times every month until Mr. Fraud cancelled our last appointment (see text screen shots) refused to issue refund and did nothing for my ad campaign but get my Instagram account permanently banned. Be careful with Mr. Fraud Racaniello he will take your money and do nothing. He knows Visa's policy so he will drag out producing your ad beyond Visa's charge back deadline then leave you high and dry with nothing to show for it. and he will keep your money!

Well... the ads never got completed or launched. My $2000 was lost to this unholy excuse for a marketing agency. That money was crucial to my business and the opportunity cost was a crushing blow. I couldve hired a better company and done it sooner. Now the FTC and Attorney general both seem to be unwilling to help. To me $2k is huge, but to everyone else it's not big enough to matter. I thought we lived in a society that was able to find jusitce for these things... but I suppose that's not the case. If anyone from Shark Logic sees this, I just want you to know that the people you've scammed are real people with hopes and dreams trying to make an honest living. You COULD HAVE been legitimate and still made more money than you did scamming people. Youd COULD HAVE been honest, but you chose not to be. And this kid with a dream of having a successful detailing business was set back so far that his entire business he built up for 7 years almost completely fell just because you couldn't do a SIMPLE SIMPLE SIMPLE thing... creating and managing some facebook ads isn't that hard.
