My 1999 Pontiac with 177k finally bit the dust. it was an ugly car--a true "Hooptie" but the only…read morereason i drove it was because i had Terrible credit and didnt feel like going through the humiliation of trying to finance anything with the credit i had.. CIG financial were the only one who would finance my loan--so, not knowing much about them, and even after reading all the bad reviews, reality told me that my choices were next to None ( screw walking) so i signed up for a loan with CIG.. my interest was obviously High (I felt every percentage point go right through my A..) but i finally had a new car .. I never missed a payment and they never had to harrass me. i have since refinanced my loan (with a conventional bank) and my payment is now HALF of what it used to be. CIG is not cheap, but just like any other bank, if you dont fulfill your obligations they will come after you. i gave 4 stars because i refinanced after only 15 months into my loan. i had a good experience with CIG, i would recommend CIG to anybody in a similar situation--but warn them,, Make your payments--Dont make excuses.

When I received the welcome packet from the company it stated that if I wanted to do online payments it would be a $6 charge per payment. That is $72 bucks a year. The only way for them not to charge would be to send a check, hello 1984 or do autopay. What a scam. After one payment, I refinanced to Capital One. There is no reason to charge fees to do an online payment. Good bye CIG financial, hope I never have to do business with you again.

I was very unhappy with a car part that went bad well before its time. I am pleased to say that Hyundai stepped up to the plate and stood behind their product. THIS is the Hyundai I know and love. THIS is the reason I keep buying Hyundai. You are not going to get a better looking car, for a great price, that is superb quality and has excellent customer satisfaction Thank you, Hyundai, for standing behind your customers. This one is forever Hyundai all the way!

They sent me my second key in the mail, neglecting to tell me I needed to have it programmed. About a year later when I needed it, I discovered it didn't work. The nearest dealership told me it would cost $230 to program it, so I reached out to Glendale, only to learn they had closed. I then reached out to Hyundai headquarters, who took 2 days to tell me: "After reviewing the matter, I would like to clarify that the issue of the unprogrammed key falls under sales-related concerns. Unfortunately, our department specifically handles warranty repairs, rental reimbursement, and parts expedition, and i will not be able to resolve matters related to vehicle sales related issues." It probably cost more for the person to look into it and to deny my request than to simply have someone program my key. Guess my next car will not be a huyndai, it has not been a good experience overall. Just don't ask for a second key. How cheap.

It's a small branch with only a couple people working at the desk but every time I come in to deposit or withdraw money, there's never anyone there and never a wait. The staff are extremely friendly and always takes the time to answer questions. I'm always in and out in less than 5 minutes. What more could you want from a bank, no complaints!

Luckily, the representative that…read more"helped" (actually, she was no help whatsoever) me during that particular visit doesn't work at this location anymore. All my visits to this conveniently located branch on the UC Irvine campus have been wonderful. The reps are friendly and some of them even recognize me by name - so that's always pleasant. I wished this branch had a coin machine so I wouldn't have to deal with going to a "regular" sized branch, but other than missing a coin machine, you can pretty much get most other things completed here like deposits, cash withdrawals, cashiers checks and money orders, as well as open accounts. If you're a school employee, I think their Summer Saver (which is a school employee benefit only) is at 4% this year - which is amazing. No other financial institution offers that rate these days. What's funny is sometimes when I'm being helped, due to the small space this branch is in - I can hear the angry customers in the space right next door - which is Wells Fargo, as they have a mini-branch at UCI too. Those customers over there always seem to have some sort of fee-related issue - which reaffirms my trust in SchoolsFirst for treating me like a valued customer, not just an account number. I'm glad my one horrible experience at this branch last year seemed to be a one-time thing, so I'm happy to update my review with the five stars that this credit union and location deserves!

Well, I used their services back in December 2023 -- and guess what? They didn't deliver, and I'm still fighting to get my money back almost two years later. I first asked for my refund on March 7, 2024, followed up on July 26, 2024, and finally got an email from Frank Herman, their VP, on August 20, 2024 saying: "Working on it Mitch sir. I'll be in contact this week sir. Just need the owner here." That was the last time I ever heard anything useful. I followed up again on June 11, 2025, and still nothing. This company does NOT stand by their guarantees. They dodge, delay, and ignore you until you give up. Lendward took our money, never delivered results, and refuses to honor their refund policy. Absolute scam behavior.
