Very helpful and patient when I was having an iPhone problem after I switched service carriers. Turns out it was an Apple issue. Not CC

Great Service and lower costs than the others. For seniors it's great compared to the others, all at a better price point.

Such a nightmare of a company. The phone plans are pure garbage but I guess you get what you pay for.

He was also unable to return it to me in anywhere near the condition it was in prior to the intended repair: Not only did he damage my phone in several places with the tools to replace the screen, he also damaged the fingerprint sensor inside and the bezel around the screen is broken in several places as well. He returned the phone to me in pieces held together with a rubber band. He didn't even bother putting it back together! This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be filing suit in Maricopa County Justice Court for the cost of a replacement if The Fix does not offer compensation. DO NOT TRUST THEM! THIS STORE OFFERS NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER!!! Not only is he an unprofessional, incompetent hack but he does not even back up his work!!! He thinks that "not charging" me is good enough? He actually permanently damaged my phone. I went to two other shops this evening and they want to charge me $200+ to fix it - Adam also irretrievably damaged the replacement screen that I paid for - but they obviously can't repair the blatant aesthetical damage. Find somewhere else to fix your phone!

Today, I stopped by to sell an old MacBook back for store credit and also to ask a general question about a new MacBook I just purchased recently. I appreciated the service and resolution. When my wife and I entered the Apple Store, we quickly saw an Apple associate (identified by their colored shirt). We were asked what we needed and quickly checked in and brought over to a set of display tables where we waited for an associate to wrap up with two other customer before she asked how she could help us. The associate (Michelle) quickly exchanged our old MacBook for an Apple gift card and asked us what other questions we had. Michelle referred us to the Apple Support team to answer questions about transferring music from one MacBook to another. She then introduced us to UNiDAYS and demonstrated how that would work to save us money on a MacBook, iPad, or Apple Watch. We appreciated Michelle for answering all of our questions in a short amount of time. The store is laid out well with tables with items on display with other items on the side of room. There was also a classroom at the back of the store for sessions offered throughout the day. You can learn more about the Scottsdale Quarter location at https://www.apple.com/retail/scottsdalequarter. It is open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM except for Sunday when it is open from 10 AM to 6 PM. At this specific location, they offer many different sessions including a demonstration of Apple Vision Pro. They also have their Genius Bar (for technical support) and you can shop by drop-in, order a pickup in store, or make a reservation in advance for repair. With Apple being a huge product nowadays, having a store where you could do pretty much anything you want to do regarding Apple or its devices is a must have. I certainly recommend visiting any Apple Store, but definitely the Scottsdale Quarter location.

He helped the Roberts family purchase three new iPhones, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. Durrell was patient, funny, kind, and had such a genuine down-home personality that made the entire process enjoyable. He took his time with us, found us great discounts, was completely honest, and made sure we were fully satisfied before we walked out the door. Let's be real--how many salespeople actually provide that level of service these days? Not many! Durrell truly goes above and beyond. If you want a quality, honest, in-and-out experience, Durrell is your guy. He will hook you up and send you out happy with your new phone! The Roberts family is officially locked in with Durrell forever--so don't try to ghost us! LOL. Nothing but love and appreciation. Keep selling those iPhones, Durrell. Let me just say... my computer was there. And it needed a transfer / transplant of all my data for years. And then I took it to UBreakiFix. Now, I expected a repair. Maybe a polite "we'll do our best." What I got instead was Incredible IT service and more like a full-scale neurological intervention--minus the operating room and the dramatic music. If a neurosurgeon restores the human brain, then UBreakiFix restored the soul of my computer. They fix it--they revived it, optimized it, and sent it home functioning better than it had in years.

What I got instead was a cold dismissal and an attempt to charge me directly--despite the fact that my phone was still under insurance. It genuinely felt like they were trying to double dip: make me pay out-of-pocket while also billing Verizon. But what really shocked me was the attitude. They stood firmly behind a multi-billion dollar corporation instead of helping a real person who just spent good money on a brand-new phone. No empathy, no effort, no customer service. Just a shrug and a bill. Thankfully, I found the 7th Street location in Phoenix, and they were everything this place wasn't--kind, helpful, and got my phone fixed through insurance in just a few hours. Bottom line: if you want to be treated like a human being, skip this location. They've clearly forgotten who keeps the lights on.

So I was without a phone to do a road trip from San Francisco to Phoenix. (Ya, no maps, no ability to call road service or 911 if needed for 2 days!) My unhappiness had nothing to do with the personnel at this shop. But I was frustrated that AT&T (who handles the warranty on these phones) had sent out this useless piece of metal to replace another iPhone that stopped working. BUT....the guys at this shop (Enrique & ??) were so customer service oriented that I couldn't be angry with them. They dialed Asurion for me on their phone (because I have no working phone) so that I could straighten things out with them. Then they referred me to a great repair shop nearby (doing a review for them too!) for a broken screen on my daughter's phone (rendering it unable to use too.) Since I was new in town, they also told me a little bit about the area and about a food truck festival happening this coming weekend. These gentlemen could serve as ambassadors for Phoenix - they were first-class all the way with their customer service and professionalism. I wanted to be an irate, angry, menopausal woman. But they made me be the pleasant lady that I can be and enjoy the rest of the day. If you ever need to go to an AT&T retail store - you can't go wrong by coming to this one in Scottsdale.
