Also several friends of mine have used them and all had a great experience. When job day came, they called to tell me when they would be dropping off the dumpster and materials, and the next day the guys did the work and got it dome in a day. The guttet guard were a few days later (this was stated beforehand, so no worries). In the end it was all done well, no surprises, and im very satisfied. I would gladly use them again.

Siding, roof snd gutters look great and are functioning well. It appears to me that the company relies on long history too much. Sales and service support could be enhanced. I didn't find these to be Ryan McGlinch's primary skills. Our project manager was very polite. However, was not here often enough and didn't demand accuracy and follow through from a homeowner's perspective. At time of the project and soon afterwards I was very disappointed and stressed that I had to request a number of follow up calls for work omissions. In fairness to McGlinch associates, they responded to address, correct mistakes of the initial crews thus demonstrating that final customer satisfaction is a high priority. To improve, McGlinch could be more proactive ensuring detailed work is accurately completed, and provide a process for customer satisfaction without requiring the customer to become upset and then have to complain to get a required response.

The owner has been courteous and friendly. He explained what the job entailed and the materials that would be used. His assistant Wolfgang was great too. They did the roof in a day and did a good clean up job. Some of the siding had to be adjusted but so far does not seem like any thing major. There were a few issues with a few items that needed addressed but the owner addressed them quickly. I did find out that I had to get my satellite reinstalled because it was on my roof which was unknown to me but obvious when you think about it. Direct tv is going to charge me $49 to reinstall but I will deal with that with them. Overall, so far it has been a good job. One last item is the dumpster but it is the weekend.
