I heard David Flores did some work in the neighborhood, and I contacted him about installing a basement egress window. He came out to give us an estimate the same day, talked through the options with us and explained the work (drainage!), and sent a detailed estimate with costs down to the penny. He scheduled an expert concrete cutter, included interior framing, and moved the dirt to where we needed it. The whole job was done in three days, and it's beautiful, so much light and peace of mind. Work debris was left in an unsightly mess in the yard, Rude workers behaving inappropriately, no consultation about needs or choices of materials. if I could give less than one star I would. Poor communication skills, shoddy work, unsavory workers, sloppy and negligible clean up, cheap materials and not standing by his work or word are the hallmarks of a contractor I would avoid like the plague.
