I recently made an offer on a home represented by Erin, a Moor Realty agent. Erin straight-up lied many times, telling me the home had a brand new roof. The roof was actually 7 years old. Only when Erin was caught in a complete lie did she admit this was an "honest mistake." Oops, I guess they just "forgot" to add a new roof. While Erin originally told me the seller would replace the roof, right before P&S signing she then went back on her word and said they would not. Erin also tried to hold my deposit hostage unless I agreed to never negatively review her company. That isn't even legal! Just save your time, money, and sanity and avoid ANYTHING Moor Realty sells.

He is not entitled to this information but is trying to extort a free inspection report on the property. He has also placed the listing back on the market, but still has my deposit. I would not recommend their services. I hired Land Mapping to complete property staking. The only…read moredocuments they provided were ones I could and have obtained from Registry of Deeds. They did not provide any unique "calculations." I have some questions about how the survey was conducted and information that was said to me. A separate survey crew hired by a neighbor came by the day after our property was staked. They used the markers on our property for a neighbor on the other side of our street-- they asked me who did our staking. It's close enough for building flower beds along the property, but I will use a different company in the future for establishing property lines.
