Had many flavors of popcorn to choose. Was still fresh tasting not stale. Would definitely buy from here again on our next trip north.

WOW! We stopped in here after spending an hour or so at the Lake Geneva museum today. My 2 young kids were indecisive like all kids are, so the young lady making the popcorn let us all try any flavor we wanted to help us decide. We had a lot of samples! In reading some earlier reviews about the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. We were greeted very warmly the minute we stepped in and my 3-year old was a bit on the cranky side so she dealt with that well too! We had a completely different overall experience than the person wrote from earlier this year. The walls were perfectly in order, stocked with all bagged popcorn flavors and candy. Floors and counters were clean. They also had a beautiful display of gourmet candies to the side of the check-out counter, above it which listed also their ice cream offerings and prices. They had all their various tins with many patterns to choose from on the top shelves. My kids enjoyed watching fresh carmel corn being stirred up behind the counter. She even let us sample the fresh/warm popcorn. The lady was a great sales person, that is for sure. We walked in thinking we'd buy a small bag for the kids to share and we ended up walking out with a 2-pound tin tub, plus an extra bag of cheesy bacon pizza popcorn. We paid around $30, which really was a good price if you look at Garrett's prices! Plus, the lady told us that we could bring the empty tin back anytime (no expiration) and get it refilled with a discount - I think she said 15%. I liked that we were able to get 3 different flavors to fill up the tub. She filled it to the rim too. The tub seems to hold at least 7 of the large bags that were sold individually. My favorite was the 3-cheese that had white chedder, parmesan and I 'think' just regular cheddar. It melts in your mouth. So good! We were just there a couple of hours ago and I think I am half way through this third of the tin. We might need to refill the tin before heading home from Lake Geneva in a couple of days. My kids liked the carmel/cheese that was seedless (tastes like Cap N' Crunch cereal) and a white chocolate one. I might need to have some shipped to me during the year as this popcorn is seriously addicting! My mom is sitting in front of me as I am typing this and she is eating some of the popcorn, and she just said this stuff is so addicting. Agreed! read more

The Raspberry chocolate chunk was more chocolate-ty than raspberr-eeee but it was very good with the chunks of chocolate. I also took 2 pecan grizzlies...they are basically pecans inside a caramel with chocolate center filling. Oh yeah! I asked the young ladies in the store "what do I have to see before I leave this place." To which one replied, "have you seen the water fountain thingy?" ME: "you mean, the water fountain thingy, also known as a water fountain?" We laughed. I had a sugar high, which helped me to walk all around the downtown. Not as kitschy here as, say, Pigeon Forge TN, actually quite nice here, although NOWHERE as large as the real lake Geneva (my legs nearly fell off when I bicycled around that!). Free parking near the town museum, which is also where electricity was brought to this lovely town way back in the day (I read it somewhere along the way on the streets. This place is pricey but i smelled the popcorn and need to try it some day. I think K.D. Lang sang that song "Constant Craving" after eating here?! read more

Walking out of Treasure Cove after looking for souvenirs I smell this delicious scent that made my mouth into a waterfall. After scouting the area my eyes locked onto a vent from outside. It was connected to Constant Cravings! I thought to myself "these guys are genious!". As I walked into the store I was greeting with three very friendly workers as they gave my mom, sister and I suggestions on what we should try. One of which they made us try was the Hulless Caramel Gold which is a type of popcorn that doesnt have the kernels so if you have braces nothing will get stuck in your mouth unlike actual popcorns. But anyway this Caramel filled snack will honestly.. most likely give me diabetes as I am now addicted to it. Thanks guys . Popcorn galore. Comparable to garrett's in chicago. The ladies were very nice and offered samples. I ended up getting cheddar bacon (wow!) and chicago mix. Only downside is their popcorn is small, so you are eating bit and pieces of an actual kernel. I would be back when I come back to Lake Geneva. read more

I asked for a cup of water for my friend who was overheating and after saying she could only give us "nasty sink water" in a "cheap coffee cup," as we walked out she said "wow... bless their souls" in the most passive aggressive way possible. I am completely horrified with the behavior of the woman who seemed to be in charge of this business and they will NEVER be getting my service. Basic respect isn't that difficult. read more

When visiting lake geneva, make sure you stop in here and get the white chocolate caramel popcorn! Sounds yum? It is! The bag isn't too big, so buy 2 (or more). They have a variety of flavors, but we tried only 2. The smores flavor was just okay. The girl working there didn't really offer us to taste the different flavors, so you have to ask yourself! There's other candies & etc in the store, but I really recommend the white choc caramel popcorn. read more

I do not understand how they stay open. I walked in at 11am. Place was empty. No employees in front either. I looked at all the candy that was partially covered up by a sidewalk billboard. No one came out to greet me or ask what I wanted. Instead I got fudge from Geneva Gifts next door. read more

This is a small business, so what they may lack in some areas they more than make up in others. After reading some of the other reviews I wanted to stress I am in fact a real person who only writes reviews if the place is really good, really bad, or I have a history/relationship with them (like my local watering hole). I was in a pinch for my mom's Birthday and Gary (I believe the owner) stepped up and went above and beyond to get me off the hook. My mom is a popcorn aficionado and was in love with Garrett's popcorn, but now she prefers this. It is local, just as good, and the level of service can only be done at a small business. So moving forward I am going to do everything I can to give them extra business, because when people go above and beyond, I feel obliged to do the same. I never want to take for granted a person who does more than they need to or have to. read more

Shopping is hard work, and sometimes a little treat is needed to help sustain yourself. Walking out of Bob's Beach Shack, we smelled the most amazing smell. Followed our noses to this sweet shoppe (you have to pull out the double p's for this place) that is filled to the ceilings with an astounding selection of popcorn, truffles, 15 different flavored malt balls and ice cream! They had a buy 2 get 1 free on the popcorn, and since we had trouble deciding, gave us some samples to help with the decision making. Sweet! read more

Bad experience! On two occasions we visisted this popcorn store and found HAIR in our popcorn and it was super gressy and stale. When brought to the attention of the staff they laughed! The place is filthy, the employees are unkept and both smell and behave as if they are on drugs/marijuana! Sad that the new owners have run this place into the ground as the original owner operated this business much more professionally and the quality of the the popcorn was far more superior than it currently is! On another note, it is clear that the employees/owner writes a positive review every time a negative review comes in, so dont be fooled by the positive reviews as most of them are likely not written by real customers! read more

After stuffing ourselves full with lunch I asked my boyfriend as we were passing this place by, can we just stop in, see what they have? absolutely loved everything that i bought here...four different kinds of popcorn and 5 different kinds of fudge. The owner was amazing...extremely nice and gave me several suggestions based on what i had already picked out. i had a coupon and sometimes store owners can be less than happy about using them but definitely not the case here. i highly recommend the Caramel Gold. i wish i had bought a lot more. popcorn tastes amazing! They have so many flavors its unbelievable! Chocolate with bacon, cheese with bacon, sea salt caramel??? Also was offered so many samples as soon as walk in the door! I WISH I KNEW ABOUT IT SOONER!! I would have called and purchased white chocolate caramel for my sister in laws baby shower and had it shipped to my house! The ladies and gentlemen were full of smiles and answered all of my questions, and trust me I had many.
