The company I used previously could not send anyone out until next week and another company said they could only come tomorrow. Customer Care Appliance Repair was the only company with 5 star ratings on Yelp who could come by today. It was a little challenging to coordinate timing with a busy mother and the repair crew but James was patient and responsive. In the end, he was able to get the fridge fixed within 3 hours of our first call. Since I wasn't there myself, I asked the tenant what she thought of James' service. Her response was that James was "very nice and professional." I have no way of knowing if the job was priced higher than other repair companies since I am no expert in home appliance repairs. But these guys were available when it counted. I hope I'll never need any repair services anymore but if I do, I'll most likely call Customer Care Appliance Repair again

However, at selected stores, they offer knife sharpening - which brought me to this particular location. Apparently, the knife sharpening machine is an infrequently used options - as the called associate needed some guidance on how to use. Also, there are size limitations, as my cleaver was too large for the machine. While I waited for the sharpening machine to work its magic (8-15 mins approx), had an opportunity to look around. Emphasis on the amateur backyard BBQ'er. Large spice section and a solid options for grills. Store is small, but I gather there is an emphasis on a more boutique home improvement experience. Price for knife sharpening was approximately $6.99 per knife. Staff friendly and store pleasantly laid Out. Home improvement: 3.7

Great selection, a little overwhelming, but at least I had my interior designer and her assistant…read morealong for the meeting with Melanie. Melanie was very helpful and kept us on track and fairly within the budget my husband and I wanted to stay at/nearby. An odd thing happened when we were there in May, though, and I felt compelled to write about it. We were talking and frankly, having a fun time-so that meant a little bit of laughing. I mean, you WANT your clients to have fun during what could be a daunting task! So while we were on one side of the building, another rep (I think her name was Pat? She was on the taller side, I'm pretty sure the dog roaming the business was hers as well, and she had curly gray hair) came over and brashly reprimanded us for laughing too loud bc "she couldn't hear what her customer was saying". We all looked at each other like, "WOW! Did THAT just happen?" we are grown women and CUSTOMERS and she handled that extremely unprofessionally and in such a condescending way. She could have easily come over and said in a sweet way with a smile, "Hey! Y'all seem to be having so much fun and it makes me smile, but is there any way you could laugh and talk a little more quietly? I am having difficulty hearing my current client. Again, please have fun! I just need a little help with being a little quieter." We would have completely understood and would have done just that! However, when you come over and REPRIMAND grown adults for laughing while doing business, it put a bad taste in my mouth for that showroom. Also, my interior design team both mentioned that neither of them have ever had a situation happen like that. They felt like they needed to apologize to me as their client! Melanie was wonderful and thorough and handled that brashness like a champ. She is a gem!
